Hillcrest Center is a skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care services. We also have a secured Memory Support unit for residents with Alzheimer's or dementia. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances.

Gemma Frankhouser
Senior Admissions DirectorGemma started her career in health care in 1987 while serving in the Army. Gemma joined the Hillcrest team in 1997 as an Activities Assistant, working her way up to Activities Director before accepting the position of Admissions Director in June of 2002. Gemma was promoted to Senior Admissions Director in September of 2010. She oversees the Admissions Department of Harston Hall, Hillcrest and Hopkins Centers.

Kerrie Avery-Natale
Director of RehabilationKerrie started working for Powerback Rehab in 2002 as a physical therapist assistant. In 2006, Kerrie was promoted to director of rehab. Kerrie joined the Hillcrest team in 2019.
