Great Rehabilitation and Food
To residents and staff,
You were so nice and kind. There is no comparison to where I was before for rehabilitation. The food was also much better. Overall, there is no comparison to Crestview!
-Evie H.
Friendly and hard-working staff
To the staff at Crestview Center,
I really appreciate the friendly, hard-working staff who helped my wife get rehabilitated to come back home. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone!

Staff works hard so you meet your goals
The first admission here I was very weak and could not remember much, so my husband filled me in on the care I was receiving. The second admission here I was stronger and remembered more. Everyone here works very hard to get you where you want to go and meet the goals you need to meet. I also had a very nice roommate and that is always a plus. I am a Nurse and will adjust my routine to the current treatment I am receiving here.
-Margaret J.
Everything is wonderful!
Everything at Crestview is wonderful- that's why I came back. My nurses are so kind, helpful and friendly. They are willing to do even the impossible to help me! Therapy is excellent. I had both physical and occupational therapy and they were just so wonderful. Thank you!.
-Eleanor H.
Going above and beyond
"The PT Department goes above and beyond. I think I worked with just about everyone in therapy. One of the therapists, Lauren is just incredible. She helped me so much. I have to commend the whole nursing team, especially my current nurse, Amanda. She is by far one of the best nurses I have ever had."
-Ronald F.
So caring
Dear Girls & Mark,
I appreciate all of you so much. You are all so awesome and caring. Rashid does his job with so much joy, Mark is so caring, I just want you all to know how I feel! Stay warm!
-Ruth L.
So nice and helpful
The CNA's I had were so great, George and Cheryl. I really enjoyed working with the therapists too. The office staff are all so wonderful. Jordon who works at the nurses station desk is always so nice and helpful to me. There are many food choices that I like- the fruit salad is one of my favorites. The other patients I met during my stay have become friends that I'll stay in touch with.

Phenomenal therapy!
The first 48 hours here, Lou stood up and took one step. The last time he took a step was before Thanksgiving. Prior to this, he wasn't even sitting up, only laying down. The therapy has been phenomenal. I would recommend Crestview to anyone. All of the nurses and aides we've had have been wonderful. Especially Lee, Diverney, and Katrina. They would go in and speak with Lou and keep him company. The communication impressed me. They tell you everything about what's going on with him even the tiniest hangnail. What stood out the most is also the care and concern they had for Bobbi and our family. The staff showed so much care and compassion to us. They would say "you need to take care of yourself so you can take care of your husband again, once he is home."
-Louis C.
Applaud all of you for your transparency and honesty.
From a family member of a resident at Crestview Center:
"I want to applaud all of you for your transparency and honesty; no matter what the question is or how difficult the answers are. I have friends with loved ones elsewhere who are not getting any of this kind of candor and level of communication. Thank you and keep up the great work." - B.F.
Quote from a community partner of Crestview Center...
"He was a long-time client of ours who spent his final days at your facility. It is clear from the obituary that your staff made such a huge impact on his family in the time that he was with you. Thank you for caring for him and helping his family feel that he was in good hands when they could not be there with him. Thank you for all that you do every day to support your residents and their families."
Sincere thanks and appreciation
Crestview Center, My sincere thanks and appreciation to the entire staff at Crestview Center. From the receptionist, to the hairdresser, to activities, to laundry, to kitchen, to the aides, to the nurses, and everyone in between. I thank you for the love and care given to my Mom. -J.R and Family
A recent Google Review...
"This place has treated my Mother with total respect. This covid has been horrible not to be able to see your mom or loved one in person but the people at Crestview have been doing the best that they can do. There are too many people to thank but the nurses, the aids, everyone I have been associated with have been terrific. My Mother thanked me because of all the LOVE they have shown my Mother. Also my sister Annette visited my Mom last week by appointment and she said the feeling she had walking in there was lots of love and compassion going on in here. So I want to Thank everyone involved for my Mothers care that you have given her. Shakira, Nancy, Jenelle, and to all the aids as well too many to mention but I should I personally can't thank you enough for the care and love you have shown my Mother. And she also said the place was spotless so thanks to the maintenance dept, as well."

In addition, Ms. Lennon can perform self-care independently and navigate stairs with minimal assist. These significant functional gains occurred in the past 16 days here at Crestview.

Wonderful
The two nurses who take care of my dad, they are wonderful, anything my dad needs or wants, they talk to me and keep me informed, they're really good people. The only issue was in the past, but it was addressed right away.

Informative and transparent
Through this whole pandemic, they have been amazing. They have zoom calls, and they're doing it three times a week. They're all so informative and transparent. I am overly impressed with them all. It's a great place.

Highly recommend
I highly recommend Crestview to anyone looking for long term care for a loved one. The staff there are kind, professional, and dedicated to the well-being of the residents. As a healthcare professional, I was lucky enough to attend their vaccination clinic. The experience was great. The process was smooth and as always, the staff was great. Thanks Crestview!
