Ellen Boone, APRN
Nurse PractitionerI graduated from Rivier University's Family Nurse Practitioner program in 2020. I have worked primarily with geriatric and adult patients in the home care setting as a Nurse Case Manager across central and southern New Hampshire. I could not be happier to have the opportunity to care for the long term resident's health and well being in their "home" at the Wolfeboro Bay Center, and helping to facilitate a safe and healthy transition of care for our short-term residents. I have always admired my geriatric patients for their perspectives on life, unique stories, and distinguished personalities. I look forward to a long career of helping to support my patients' health so they can enjoy the later years of their life to their fullest!
