Christopher McBee, LNHA
AdministratorChris is originally from the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. In 2009, he graduated from Mountain State University with a Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership. He began his career with Genesis HealthCare in 2002 as a Food Service Director, and his background also includes being a Certified Chef. He became the Administrator for Sistersville Center in 2016, transferred to New Martinsville Center in 2017, then to Willows Center in 2019. Chris is very compassionate about his residents and employees. He also enjoys being active with local activities, and supporting community improvements and engagement efforts.

Dr. James Toothman
Medical DirectorDr. James Toothman has served as Medical Director at the Willows Center for almost 2 years. He is a graduate of WVSOM and completed his residency at WVU. Aside from his position as medical director, Dr. Toothman has also served as Chief of Emergency and Trauma Medicine at Pleasant Valley Hospital in Pt. Pleasant, W.VA. In light of the potential harm the pandemic poses for nursing home residents in particular, Dr. Toothman is vigilant in ensuring the safety and health of Genesis Healthcare’s patients. He stands behind the initiatives and processes Genesis has put in place and says, “Leave no Doubt!” Safety is our top priority! Pamela Addis
Director of AdmissionsPamela has over 30 years of experience working in Healthcare. She started her career with Genesis HealthCare in 2003. Pamela is dedicated to providing guests and healthcare providers knowledgeable information to ensure a smooth transition to the Willows Center.

Rebekah DeBarr
Director of RehabilitationRebekah graduated from Marshall University with a bachelors in Psychology and went on to Shawnee State to Receive a Masters in Occupational Therapy. Rebekah has experience working in skilled nursing, acute care and school settings and has work for Genesis Rehabilitation Services for 11 years.

Jackie Criss, RRT
Respiratory TherapistJackie is a Mid-Ohio Valley native and a 2012 graduate from Washington State Community College. Jackie has worked in long term care as a Respiratory Therapist for the last 6 years and prior to that she worked in acute care. She has also been a paramedic for the last 20 years. Jackie became an RT after seeing respiratory therapists care for her dad and the difference they made in his life. In her free time she enjoys traveling, cooking, and gardening.
