Joan, I had a real good experience with her and I trust her.

They've been wonderful.

For my mom because she is on a mechanical soft diet. So it's a special diet. Once she has been changed to that's worked out really well. I do. I want to give some complements actually to the speech pathologist, Beth, who has helped my mom with the mechanical soft diet. She has taught our family about our taste buds and how your taste buds change from you're a normal adult to when you become 90 years old. And she has taught us that sweetness, the sugar is the last taste bud that elderly people can taste. All of the other taste buds disappear. My mom she eats her cookies basically so we're trying to find as nutritious cookies that she can taste and that would be healthy for her. And Beth the speech pathologist has helped us otherwise my mom was not eating. And we're not going to put her on a feeding tube. Beth helped. We've been able to get enough nourishment into my mom with her nutrition drink, the protein drink and then eating a nutritious cookie. So it's worked out really well and that's what we're grateful for. And then the other compliment is to the nurses and the CNAs. Their consistency of their staff and their longevity is really helpful when my mom, she's 94 and she is really doing well for a 94. The longevity of their service and their work and their knowledge all of what you've asked about, that is so helpful and is really a lifeline to our mom.

Overall, we've had a good experience, he's been there for over a year now and he's received excellent care. If there's been an issue or whatever, people contacted me to make me aware of it.
