Tiffany Titus
AdministratorTiffany Titus began her career with Genesis as an Assistant Business Office Manager in 2014. She was then promoted into a business office manager role in 2016. From there she joined the Administrator training program in 2019. Tiffany then became the Administrator at Uptown Rehab in 2021. Tiffany is New Mexico native who was raised by her grandparents which resulted in her passion for Long Term Care and Skilled Care. Tiffany lives in Albuquerque with her husband Bryan and their three dogs.
Dr. Bray
Medical DirectorDr. Bray lived and attended high school in Chilton, Texas. He attended the University of Mary Hardin Baylor for undergraduate education in Biology and Psychology. He went to Medical school and post graduate residency in Internal Medicine that was completed at The University of North Texas Health Science center in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Bray started one of the first truly integrated hospitalist programs in Texas in 1993 at Lake Pointe Medical Center in Rowlett, Texas. Dr. Bray is Board certified with the American Board of Osteopathic Internal Medicine.
Dr. Bray is married to his wonderful wife Giselle and they have a daughter together as well as three other children. Dr. Bray enjoys reading, golf when he can and their Non Profit organization, Summer’s Hope, where they rescue and raise small mammals; mostly rabbits.
In light of the potential harm the pandemic poses for nursing home residents in particular, Dr. Bray is vigilant in ensuring the safety and health of Genesis Healthcare’s patients. Laryssa Stoyko
Admissions DirectorLaryssa joined Genesis on July 2019 as the Admissions Coordinator and was promoted to the Admissions Director role since October 2020. In 2017, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Heath Care Sciences and Wellness Promotion at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. Laryssa has been providing excellent customer service and is dedicated to helping every patient and their family have the best possible experience.
Tatum Porter
Director of RehabilitationTatum has 10 years of geriatric experience, and has served as Director of Rehabilitation for 9 years. Tatum supports a dynamic team of therapists, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech and Language Pathologists. Tatum and her team strive to make patient care a priority, returning patients to their fullest potential.
