While we continue in the midst of this Covid-19 pandemic, reflecting back on our response and management to this crisis, I would like to express my appreciation to the dedicated team at The Reservoir for their hard work and diligence. Aggressive safety protocols were established promptly. In doing so, the potential impact of the virus was limited. I am sure our residents and families share in this appreciation. Let us be clear - we remain in the midst of this pandemic and hard work still remains. In this light we must continually be vigilant to maintain aggressive safety measures to deliver compassionate, quality and safe care. I will ask that we all continue to support each other in this effort with reminders and encouragement.
