This is a QUALITY PLACE
I arrived at the Reservoir October the ninth after hip replacement surgery. I’m very pleased to say that during my stay the staff greeted me and got me settled in for what was to be some intense Physical therapy.
The nursing staff including the nursing assistants was very professional and helped me with everything I was unable to do. They were also very personable which made me felt at home.
The Physical therapy department informed me of what to expect during my sessions as well as what I needed to do in order to recuperate in a few weeks. Occupational therapy taught me what I couldn’t do so as not to hurt myself and put my hip out of place.
While at the “Reservoir” I ate well. The quality of the food was good and I especially liked that I was given the choice of what I would like to eat. “I ate every meal.” The beauty parlor was another amenity I enjoyed. I was able to get a body wave and was very pleased.
Housekeeping was done each and every day. The room/ hallways were always clean.
I would most certainly recommend the Reservoir to everyone I know who is looking for a facility to recover. This is a QUALITY PLACE.
Sincerely,
Mrs. S., A Former Patient
Extremely Helpful and Pleasant
Dear Staff:
We want to take this opportunity to thank you for everything. Our Mother, Joan D. came to The Reservoir for Rehab in March 2018 for Physical Therapy, to learn how to walk again after breaking her hip and both arms, but having Alzheimer's along with the breaks, she was not able to cognitively learn to walk and will not be able to return home. Your Rehab Dept. is excellent and worked very hard with our Mom. They tried everything they could think of, but to no avail. We have been very happy with the care our Mom has been receiving. The Nurses, CNA's Rec Dept and ALL staff have been extremely helpful and pleasant. They help our Mom with anything she needs and always have a smile doing it. Everyone at The Reservoir is very pleasant and kind. I've never encountered anyone with an attitude or having a bad day- if they do, it doesn't show. The food is excellent, even with Joan as a picky eater. Our Mom will be spending the rest of her time on this earth at The Reservoir and we couldn't be happier.
Sincerely,
Laura Birge & Family
Amazing caregivers
Frank is fantastic! He is one of many staff members at The Reservoir that have gone above and beyond for me. Frank is in the housekeepking department, and started my every day with a smile. He adds pleasure to the day of every patient he meets. Christina and Maria are the best CNA's. They smile! They stop in at the beginning of each shift and ask how I'm doing. They check in with me during the shift to ask if there is anything I need. These caregivers set the best example for the rest of the staff. It is very clear that they love helping others. Rehab- where to start? Kelly B. was my partner in this journey. I knew immediately that i had met someone who wants to make a difference everyday- and it shows. She is a true leader. Brian cares. He cares about the whole person. Not just the therapy, but he cares about my history. He is genuine and enlightening. Matt was a true gentleman. He asked my goals, and helped me meet them. Thank you to the team!

Appreciated the Zoom updates
During the COVID pandemic, I utilized both the zoom visits as well as the family zoom updates. Being able to see my dad through zoom visits put my mind at ease. It also gave me a sense of comfort that I was able to communicate with him and actually see how he was doing. I know it also gave my dad a sense of peace being able to see us and communicate any needs he had. I really appreciate the weekly zoom updates by the CED. She made families aware the the protocols and the testing results. She was very good at following up on our questions.

Safe and well taken care of
I have been tested for the virus and I did not mind the frequency of testing, as it gave me a sense of comfort. Knowing that I was safe and being well taken care of and all around healthy put my mind at ease. I also greatly appreciated both the outdoor visits and the the zoom calls with my family as it gave me a sense of comfort knowing I can have open communication with my family during the pandemic.

Felt safe
The staff made me very safe with their COVID precautions. The staff was very diligent with PPE, and reminded me to do so. Monica and Kelly in Rehab were so good! They worked me hard - I was never bored! Thank you, Guytri.
- Mary G.

I am re-energized!
"I love my team"! If I could take them home with me I would. Since last December I had no get up and go. When I came to The Reservoir I got it back. The therapy team here is so inspiring, I am re-energized! I know without them I never would have come this far.

Great experience! I'll be back
This is the place to go! I met so many exceptional employees here- I hope I mention them all. Kelly, Brian and Zach from therapy were like family to me. They were patient and knowledgeable- I will return here after my next surgery because I know they will get me home soon. The food here is excellent. Elena checked in with me on a regular basis to be sure my meals were to my liking. Tom was my nurse on the first shift and got me everything I needed. Treya in the business office always answered my calls and had all the answers! Georgia in housekeeping and Guytri my CNA were excellent. Kelly in admissions was full service- she does everything! As a microbiologist by profession, I commend the team at The reservoir for their approach to Covid. They are vigilant. They are caring. I will come back.

Your team surpassed our goals
My grandmother was recently discharged from your Center. I wanted to write a sincere note saying thank you to the entire team for the care you provided for my grandmother. I know at times she could be tough, but I cannot thank you enough starting from Kel (Kel bel) Koretz for her promptness in accepting her as a referral and her constant dedication to communicating with me. Kel is like family and her dedication is second to none! To Kelly Blake and your rehab team-my grandmother to this day tells me it was the best rehab she has had. Being in the field, my expectations are always high when it comes to family but Kelly, you and your team surpassed any goal our family had. I cannot say thank you enough . Everyone will continue to hear how great the rehab team is there! Nadiene- thank you made the transition process so simple. To Tom and Brian- My grandmother loved you! Tom, she always told me how happy she was with you as her nurse. Wishing you all a happy and safe holiday season!
- Parth D.
Got my shot!
I was very thrilled to get my COVID shot at The Reservoir! I feel great and I cannot wait to get home to see my husband. I have 5 children, and they are all proud of me for setting the example and getting the COVID vaccine. I was very excited to meet the governor. I never thought that would happen! The rehab team at The Reservoir are all EXCELLENT. I love Kelly, Zach, Annmarie, Brian and Jamie. My nurse Tom was wonderful to me. The staff have been so good to me. Very patient and kind. My son brought me back to The Reservoir for Covid shot #2, and I was so glad to see my Reservoir friends again!
Great care
Dear Reservoir Family, A thanks to each and every one of you who helped care for me during my stay. These thanks are for each and every area of ministry and the persons who offer these services. May the new year be filled with many graces and peace for each of you. Gratefully, Sr. Pauline
