COVID Booster Shots
Hard to believe we are already half way through the summer! In preparation for the fall COVID and Flu season and with the new COVID BA.5 variant circulating, we are recommending all nursing home and assisted living residents receive their COVID booster and Flu shots. Centers will provide access to Flu shots in September and boosters are available now.

Springbrook Center is a skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care services. The Center has a specialized transitional care unit for post-hospital rehabilitation. Springbrook Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. Emily Saucier
AdministratorEmily joined Genesis HealthCare in 2015 and brings more than 10 years experience working in long term care to the Center. She is licensed as a Multi-level Nursing Home Administrator through the State of Maine and is a Maine Chapter Member of the American College of Healthcare Administrators. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Southern Maine. As Executive Director, she is responsible for administering, directing, and coordinating all activities of the Center. "My goal is to continue to provide high-quality, compassionate care and to maintain high patient, resident, and family satisfaction with the services we offer."

Deborah Bostic, MSN, CDONA
Director of NursingDeb has over 20 years nursing leadership experience in both acute-care and geriatric care. She is dedicated to patient-centered care and evidence-based quality healthcare. Deb received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, and obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing- Healthcare Administration and Management from Aspen University. She is part of the Aspen University Nursing Honor Society, the Organization of Nurse Leaders, and is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives. In 2018, she obtained her national certification as Director of Nursing Administration. Deb joins the Genesis team in 2016 in her role as Director of Nursing.

Christina Cole
Director of RehabilitationChristina has worked as an Occupational Therapist with Genesis Rehab Services since they have come to the State of Maine in 2007. Christina is a graduate of the master’s degree program of Occupational Therapy from the University of New England with an additional certificate in Organizational Leadership attained from the Philadelphia University in 2012. With a primarily skilled nursing facility background, Christina has also worked inside of Acute Care Hospitals and Sub-acute rehab settings. Christina’s passions include seating and positioning, splinting, and the use of measurement to promote the efficacy of OT practice.
