Prior to your surgery, consider pre-booking your rehabilitation stay in one of our rooms, which includes Activities and special amenities such as free WIFI, TVs and an enhanced dinning menus. Our talented rehabilitation specialists can provide physical, occupational and or speech therapy, if needed with personalized treatment plans. Dave Armijo
AdministratorDave is a Native New Mexican with a background in Post-Acute Healthcare. Dave has been a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 2014 and has operated in Skilled Nursing Facility Management since 2011. Dave has a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Accounting. Dave was named the American Healthcare Association Future leader of New Mexico in 2021.
Dr. Bray
Medical DirectorDr. Bray lived and attended high school in Chilton, Texas. Attended University of Mary Hardin Baylor for undergraduate education in Biology and Psychology. Medical school and post graduate residency in Internal Medicine were completed at The University of North Texas Health Science center in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Bray started one of the first truly integrated hospitalist programs in Texas in 1993 at Lake Pointe Medical Center in Rowlett, Texas. Dr. Bray is Board certified with the American Board of Osteopathic Internal Medicine. Dr. Bray is married to his wonderful wife Giselle and they have a daughter together as well as three other children. Dr. Bray enjoys reading, golf when he can and their Not for Profit organization, Summer’s Hope where we rescue and raise small mammals; mostly rabbits.
Laryssa Stoyko
Director of Marketing & AdmissionsLaryssa joined us in July 2019 as the Admissions Coordinator and was promoted to the Admissions Director role since October 2020. In 2017, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Heath Care Sciences and Wellness Promotion at the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. Laryssa has been providing excellent customer service and is dedicated to helping every patient and their family have the best possible experience.
Best decision
It was a tough decision, but the best decision to put my family member in this center. The admission process couldn’t have gone smoother. We felt so welcomed and assured that our family was going to be comfortable and well taken care of. Good safe care
Rio Rancho center has done a great job during this pandemic. Staff has pulled together to continue to provide the residents with good safe care. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has a loved one, that needs to be cared for.
