Libby Haidemenos, MBA, LNHA
Executive DirectorLibby has been working for Genesis HealthCare since 2008. She started her career with Genesis as a Dietary Aide. Since then, she has assumed roles of Resource Coordinator at the CareLine, Administrator in Training, and Assistant Administrator. Libby earned her Master of Business Administration degree with a Specialization in Healthcare Management from Southern New Hampshire University. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University. Libby has been licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in New Hampshire and Massachusetts since 2013.

Christina DiGiorgio
Admissions DirectorChristina is a graduate of Lesley University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Services. She has been working for Genesis HealthCare since 2013. Christina started her career with Genesis as a Resource Coordinator at the Genesis Care Line. She developed many skills in her 3 years at the Care Line that she uses daily in her role as Admissions Director.

Gina Hathaway, MS. CCC-SLP
Director of RehabilitationGina is a Speech and Language Pathologist who has enjoyed working for Genesis for 10 years in 2019. Gina graduated from Worcester State University in 2009. Gina became a Director of Rehab for Genesis in 2015. Gina is a Master Clinician in cognition and specializes in assessment and treatment with patients with Dementia. Working with speech language pathology students and mentoring SLPs new to the field has been her specialty, as well as returning to WSU each semester to teach students the role of the SLP in long term care. Gina also has a certified therapy dog Lola which she brings to Palm Center for the residents to enjoy.
