Great communication
I appreciate all of the communication Pikes Peak Center gives, especially in the midst of this pandemic! Their team provides guidance through these challenging times and consistently provides updates on our loved ones! I'm very grateful for the outdoor visitations as well. Thank you for all of your hard work!

More than pleased
My sister is a happy resident and I've always been more than pleased with the level of care she has received. Since the facility was closed to outside visitors due to the pandemic my admiration and respect has increased exponentially. Most important, of course, the residents are still being cared for with all the additional testing and isolation that is now required. Most impressive to me, though, is how the social and recreational activities have been adapted for these new circumstances -- in-room meals, bingo, chair exercise, manicures, loudspeaker musical events, etc. I appreciate the imagination and energy it has taken to pull all this off. The staff has also devoted time and energy to keeping family members apprised, in twice-weekly zoom meetings, of the facility's health-related status (great!) as well as social activities, including photo slide shows of residents enjoying these events. Staff members are also available by phone and email and, in my experience, have been rapidly and enthusiastically responsive to my questions. To the entire staff: Job well done!
