So caring and loving
The facility, as well as all the staff are so caring and loving to my loved one. The biggest compliment I could ever hope to hear was the day my Dad was told he could leave the hospital and return to Mountain Ridge and he exclaimed that he couldn't wait to go HOME!

ShortStay resident
"From the bottom of my heart, the doctors, the nurses, all the therapies, everybody just touched my life in ways that changed me, gave me new perspective on life. They treated me like family."
Helpful and considerate
I found most of the nurses and LNAs and administrative staff helpful and considerate. The rehabilitation therapy I had there was excellent, Alana and Jessica and Teresa and Kim and others. I was much improved by the time I went home. The people who worked in the dining room are very nice.

Caregiver respite stay
Our team just wants to send a special thank you to you and your team for providing a caregiver respite stay for their mother. As you know, Alzheimer's is a difficult disease to manage, especially in the home setting, and her daughter needed a well deserved break. She says that she was finally able to rest and relax and spend time with her other family, which isn't something she often has the chance to do. Her daughter was so pleased and touched that you allowed her mom to keep the baby doll she became attached to while she was there. Thank you again for your collaboration with our program as well as supporting our patients and their families. Sincerely, Susan Varnum, Social Worker, CRVNA-Hospice.
Efficient and compassionate
Mountain Ridge received this letter from a recent short stay patient of ours, Linda. Linda writes, "To Sarah, I would like you to know the wonderful care I have gotten from all, especially Amber. She is the best LNA that you have there- efficient, quick, and compassionate. She helped me above and beyond what she needed to. She always came in when I was down. Amber is wonderful and special. I will miss her so much". Thank you Linda for your kind words!
Thank you!
Dear Rachel, Theresa, RJ, Ricky, Caroline, Shelly, Sandy, Leigha, Bree, and everyone who took care of my grandfather that I did not have the privilege to meet.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for taking such good care of my grandfather. He can be a tough man to please, but he only had good things to say about you all. Thank you for answering my phone calls and helping me and my family understand what was going on with my grandfather. After spending time at Mountain Ridge in his final days with him, I have so much peace knowing how much you all cared for him. It made me so happy to see the way you talked with all of the residents and respected them as people. Thank you so much for making a very difficult time a little bit easier.
Best, Shauna W. and family
High Five!
Dear Amy - There are not enough words of praise to express the loving care I received at Mountain Ridge for all of my two month stay and I feel I have made a lot of new friends among your wonderful staff. Shen and her amazing gang of nurses, LPN’s, LNA’s, and therapists. The business office folks who helped my niece navigate the insurance and its loopholes. Please give a high five to all my new friends, many of whom came to hug me goodbye. Believe me when I say I was touched and will never forget them!
With sincere thanks, Charlie
