Is there anyone you would like us to recognize that made your stay special? They are short staffed. I wish the staff has a better support from the Genesis and more people to work there. They can't give the people more attention to those who have dementia. I think they will hire more staff to take care of the residents but it's not a terrible place. I think that there will be a regular doctor that would come in and to see the residents. Generally I love the people.

Is there anyone you would like us to recognize that made your stay special? No. He went in there and then a month later Covid- 19 hit and it's been tough on him, he turned 93 a couple of weeks ago and God love him for hanging on but he's not really happy. He's getting better care there than we could provide for him.

Is there anyone you would like us to recognize that made your stay special? There is one woman there that she is so wonderful and on how she talk to my mother in law. Bridgette is attentive and she is the director of nursing. She was informative and a good person to talk to.

What did you like best about your stay? What did we do well? Overall the CNA's and nurses took care of my needs and did all they could. Tracy and Justin are amazing nurses.
