COVID-19 Second Booster Dose
The CDC recently released a recommendation for a second COVID-19 booster dose for certain persons. Specifically, a second mRNA booster dose could benefit people ages 50 years and older, as they are at increased risk for severe COVID-19. People ages 50 years and older may choose to receive a second booster dose, if it has been at least 4 months after the first booster. We recommend that appropriate residents receive their second booster dose. The COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer or Moderna) are available. Please let your physician or nurse know right away if you or your loved one would like to receive the second booster.

No complaints
This is my sixth admission to Mineral Springs. They provide great health care and the food is great! The kitchen is the best I've ever been exposed to. It is so good, so consistently...the only problem is that I want more! I can't imagine anything they could do better to improve my stay. I had my computer here so I continued to work with my music. Every department has supported me; I don't have one complaint. PT did a wonderful job; they were patient and supportive everyday. I am leaving in good shape. I feel blessed and ready to go forward!

Wonderful stay
Bob discharged from Mineral Springs on 12/13/2019, after a 3 week stay. When asked how he felt about his stay, he said, "It was wonderful! The staff was great, all of them; a really good crew. They helped me accomplish what I wanted!" All the staff at Mineral Springs send their very best wishes for Bob's continued success at home!
Everybody was wonderful
I was feeling lousy when I came in. This was a completely new experience for me; I’m awfully glad it was here! Everybody was wonderful; they are right here when you call them, you just push a button! The hospital was good, too!

Prepared me to return home
I'm doing great since I left Mineral Springs...no problems at all when I got home.

First-rate Professionals
My mother Shirley loved her home at Mineral Springs for nearly two years. The administration and staff made sure my mother was welcomed and cared for with dignity. Her belongings set the tone for living; not dying! Everyday was spent conversing with other residents gathering about and near the nurse's station, sharing books , magazines and goodies. The nurses Sherry and Nancy are first rate professionals, along with the extraordinary therapists Brandon and Karen who worked tirelessly with my mother to evaluate and achieve goals set out by an incredible caring team. I must say that I would only trust Mineral Springs to take care of my mother or anyone else I cherish. Jane is an extraordinary leader for all residents, along with Barbara , Lori and Ed. They are the quiet, behind the scenes 'movers and . shakers' that give these residents the home our elders deserve. They care so much that everyone there is family!
