Everybody. They were wonderful.

Everybody came through. The PT and OT was really great to me.

 One of the physical therapists. She was very good, very considerate and kind.

 All the night nurses were good.

 a therapist, a an aide. Those two were exceptional. Everybody else was very good.

I hear a lot of complaints that the food is not good taste wise. The place is always very clean.

I think they need to update the facility. I think that my mom's tv is so small and she shares the room with someone and that might she had complained. And when our tv's on, maybe they need earphones or other kind of way. By the bed, they're separate tv's and they own two different dressers which are right next to each other and I think that's inconvenience for her. Outside of that, they're good to her. They're nice. It's a good facility but it's just old building and just needs some updates I think. But outside of that she is satisfied and we are satisfied.

Overall, her care is pretty good. It seems like when you call there, there is not always a good callback. My sister-in-law is not very happy there. A lot of it is due to her health condition, and it's really no reflection on the facility or the care, it's just she doesn't wanna be there. She wouldn't be happy anywhere.

I just feel the place is excellent. I really don't have to worry. Well, I do worry about my mom but she's in good hands. She really is.

All my nurses and CNAs and therapy were great.

It was a lot of improvements there due to the pandemic, but it was good. People starting to be used of these.

 Everybody was very nice.

They've been very good this pandemic keeping their patient safe.

I wish I could remember their names. They treat them very well.

There were 2 girls in therapy They were wonderful.

The aides are very great from the day shift. The PT department was very good to me too.
