McKinley Center is a 62-bed skilled nursing facility offering post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. Our staff is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from an illness or injury. Vyron Baldwin
Admission DirectorVyron has been with us for 4 years. He started out as an Admission Director Assistant and moved up to Admission Director in 2016. Vyron was born and raised in Gallup, NM and went to schools in Colorado and New Mexico. What he likes most in his new found profession is educating families and elders about nursing home living. He likes outdoor activities like hiking, photography, and camping.
Theresa "Trish" Beach, PTA
Director of RehabilitationTrish began her career in Geriatrics as a CNA in 2011. Since then, she has been a devoted employee and an essential team member alongside her fellow therapists. In 2016 she received her AAS to become a Physical Therapist Assistant. With a passion to help others, and the desire to pursue higher education, Trish received her BSPTA in 2020. Trish's personal goals are to help her patients achieve the highest level of independence through quality therapy interventions. She also uses this opportunity to educate patients and caregivers on proper health and safety awareness. When not providing care for patients at McKinley Center, Trish enjoys outdoor recreational activities such as running, gardening, and travelling. When at home, crocheting is her favorite hobby.
