Dear Patients, Residents and Families
COVID-19 Second Booster Dose
The CDC recently released a recommendation for a second COVID-19 booster dose for certain persons. Specifically, a second mRNA booster dose could benefit people ages 50 years and older, as they are at increased risk for severe COVID-19. People ages 50 years and older may choose to receive a second booster dose, if it has been at least 4 months after the first booster. We recommend that appropriate residents receive their second booster dose. The COVID-19 vaccines (Pfizer or Moderna) are available. Please let your physician or nurse know right away if you or your loved one would like to receive the second booster.

Dedication and professionalism
I cannot thank the staff enough for their dedication and professionalism in helping me get back on my feet. I fractured my hip while on a family visit to NJ (I’m from Florida). Not only was this a painful experience, it was also a scary time being so far away from home. I leave here now with so many positive experiences, and knowing that I made a full recovery.
The best care!
I spent 3 months at Maple Glen and I'm in awe of the care I received. From the CNAs to the nurses to rehab, everyone worked together to give me the best care. I'm actually better now than before my accident, especially my balance. Thank you Maple Glen!
I was a patient in your facility from May 2 - May 25th. I would like to extend my gratitude for the services and care I received at the center. I am particularly grateful to the staff for the warm, professional care and support you provided me. All my best!
- Sincerely, Raya M.

Compassion and kindness
My sincere thank you to all who helped my mother recover after her hip replacement surgery. The entire therapy department is staffed with amazing professionals with big hearts. Special thanks go to the wonderful ladies that mad my mother so much stronger physically and emotionally: to dear Ashley, Michelle and Venera – may you have your kindness returned to you and yours tenfold. You are so creative in what you do. True passions for helping people. Thank you for your patience. Also I want to thank the nurses that cared for my mother day in and day out. Your professionalism makes so much difference. Sasha-you make the difference in the lives of your patients and their families with your compassion and kindness. The world is a better place because of people like you. Also huge thank you to the nurse’s aides who did everything to make my mother as comfortable as possible. Apologies to all those whose name I didn’t get but whose compassion and kindness and professionalism made this difficult time more bearable. Thank you!!
