Langdon Place of Exeter is a lively senior living community located in the quaint village of Exeter, NH. Our community offers three levels of living. We have something for everyone! Our independent and assisted living apartments are among the largest and most affordable on the Seacoast for this type of community. They are bright and spacious and have full kitchens. Our studio suites with private bath are a perfect choice for someone requiring more clinical supervision. We offer specialized activities and programming on our 24 bed secure memory care community. Langdon Place has been a part of the Exeter community for over 30 years and we have a great reputation for quality care and accommodations. We have a robust recreational program to meet the needs of our active and social residents. Our in-house Genesis Rehab therapists make it their focus to help our residents maintain their highest level of independence and facilitate our rehab respite program. Daily exercise classes and even pool therapy in our heated therapeutic indoor pool are a couple of the services we offer to meet that goal. Our pool and Jacuzzi are available for our residents’ families to use as well. Our 24-hour a day licensed nurses assist with medication administration and management and oversight of medical conditions. Our in-house therapy services include physical, occupational and speech therapies. Visiting providers assist our residents with podiatry, dermatology and geriatric psychiatry.
