Langdon Place of Dover is a continuum of care community featuring multiple models of care to meet the changing needs of patients and residents as they age under one roof. In our skilled nursing facility, we offer post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term and respite care. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurances. Our staff is dedicated to serving the medical and rehabilitation needs of individuals recovering from an illness or injury. Rob Memmolo
AdministratorIn 2004, Rob switched careers and became a Nursing Home Administrator. Since then,
Rob has been an Executive Director for Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted
Living/Memory Care Communities, and Hospice companies in New Hampshire. Rob
has a Master’s Degree in Business Leadership from Franklin Pierce University and has
attended the Disney Institute in 2018. Rob is passionate about taking care of our
seniors. In Rob’s spare time he enjoys golfing, doing yard work projects, and eating
out, but most importantly spending time with his partner and his two dogs.
Jatinder Aujla, MD
Medical DirectorPhysician Jatinder Aujla, M.D. is a board-certified Internal Medicine Physician. He started his training in general surgery at Brown University and graduated as Chief Resident. After training, he worked in post-operative care at Cleveland Clinic followed by Director positions in hospital medicine in Alabama and Massachusetts. For several years he led the Hospitalist program at Anna Jacques Hospital in Newburyport. He has done his fair share of teaching as a Chief Resident and as Associate Professor of Medicine. At Anna Jacques Hospital he restructured the Hospitalist program and trained and mentored new Nurse Practitioner graduates in evidence based medicine. He joined Charter Health in MA in 2018 and recently joined Vantage Healthcare where he is the Medical Director at three NH locations. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, gardening, and, most important, spending time with his family
Kamila Zlotosch
Nurse PractitionerKamila always loved to help others and was very passionate about elderly population. After moving to the US from Poland where she obtained her Master’s Degree in Political Science, she went off to a very different career-nursing to-fulfill her passion. She obtained her Family Nurse Practitioner degree in 2021 from UNH. She has previously worked in a different Genesis center and Portsmouth Regional Hospital. She is very excited to be a part of the Genesis family again and to provide evidence-based practice to the patients and residents. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, animals, traveling, cooking, and exercising.
Taylor Smith, RN, BSN
Director of NursingTaylor Smith joined the Genesis family in September of 2021 as the new Director of Nursing at Langdon Place of Dover. She started off her healthcare career as a Resident Care Assistant in 2015. Taylor obtained her Registered Nurse license in 2017 as an ASN from Northshore Community College in Danvers, MA. She then worked in skilled nursing and memory care facilities prior to transferring into Correctional Nursing Facilities. Taylor graduated in April 2020 from Southern New Hampshire University in Manchester, NH with her BSN. Taylor is dedicated to provide compassionate high-quality care to our patient population. When Taylor is not at the facility she can be found spending time outdoors and with family.
Laura MacHardy
Director of AdmissionsLaura joined Genesis as a member of the admissions team 6 years ago. She received her Bachelors in Communications at the University of NH. Laura is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and developing relationships with patients, their families, and the communities they live in. Laura has always enjoyed working in Healthcare and when she isn't working, she can be found spending time with her family, walking on the beach, skiing, and traveling.
Nicole Faucher
Director of RehabilitationNicole has been with Genesis Rehab Services for 8 years and a Director of Rehab for the last 5 years. She joined the LPD team in May 2021, prior to joining the team she worked in a number of skilled nursing environments. Nicole attended Springfield College where she graduated with a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy. She has a passion for working with the geriatric population and strives daily to empower her department to make a difference in their patient’s lives. While she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs Nala and FiFi.

If you/or your family-members are in the need of Physical/Occupational Rehabilitation, Medical services you should choose Genesis/Langdon place of Dover. Their entire Team's (Leadership, Administration, MD, PA, Nursing, CNA, PT/OT therapist...*sorry I can't forget the hard working Teams from Housekeeping, Kitchen, Maintenance etc... an amazing group of kindhearted , great people.) Their staffed with highly qualified, talented caregivers. I hold Langdon Place, Genesis is the highest regards. I greatly appreciate the fantastic Medical, support services they have given. Ultimately it's my best end Medical improvements achieved under their care, It's my healthy results/positive outcomes that speak for themselves. Langdon Place of Dover is best of breed.

Great place!
6 days ago, my husband spent 3 weeks there after a nasty fall. What a great place! Every staff member, every level of care, from LNAs, nursing, PT, OT, housekeeping, nutrition, administration, we couldn't have asked for better care. A Special blessing to us was Kaylin (OT) She is an Angel. Thank you, everyone!
