Cassie Allen
AdministratorCassie graduated from University of Louisville in 2001. She has worked in long term care for over 9 years as a nurse, customer experience director, Administrator in Training, and obtained her Nursing Home Administrator License in 2016. Cassie is active in her church and enjoys going on mission international mission trips. She has a dedication and passion to serve the residents, families and employees of Kensington Center.
Melissa Johnson, RN
Director of NursingShe has worked in long term care for over 25 years as a certified nursing assistant, certified medication technician, nurse, wound care nurse, assistant director of nursing, staff development coordinator, restorative nurse and director of nursing. She has been a director of nursing for more than ten years. Melissa is dedicated to serving the residents, families and employees at Kensington Center.
Lisa Eggleston
Admission and Marketing DirectorLisa earned a Bachelor degree in system management from Western Kentucky University. She has worked in Healthcare for over 20 years. She has a lot of management skills and a love for working with our elderly population. She lives and was born in Elizabethtown, KY. She is very happy to be part of the Genesis Family.
