It's been a long time since they've put any kind of money into the building. They may need some updating or upgrade the rooms a little bit. She's got like a courtyard place, and it took forever for us to get them to fix something. It's not really painted around and it needs that, but the door is really hard for her to open and close. It just needs some more up-to-date stuff.
