Cheryl a CNA in the morning, actually everybody, I have no complaints, they were wonderful to me. They were so nice to me.

The nurses, everybody there, they were marvelous. The therapy, I can't say enough about that place. They were compassionate, caring. The food was delicious.

We are pretty satisfied. If you have to live in a place like that, that's the place to live.

We would like to thank Hathorne Hill, my mother passed away recently. They were so spectacular to my mother through Covid and everything that we've all been through in the past year and a half. She was there for almost two years, we cannot express our gratitude.

They were all very good to me. I can't brag enough about that place. I'm so happy that they sent me there. It has a very good reputation.

There was an aide name Dennis. And there was another aide named on the last day. I think her name is Allison. And there was a physical therapist, her first name is Kristen. Doctor Bare and the nurse practitioner Matthew was excellent. There was a nurse named Sarah, she was a nurse manager. And she was very helpful.

There's a young lady that help me go home and I went home and she gave me a big help. I don't know her name but she is very nice.

They were magnificent during all the COVID shutdown and continue to be very on top of all COVID development. I couldn't be more pleased.

In the case of my friend, the staffs are really good. They are friendly and nice but sometimes it takes a longer time to ask for help.

No. The entire staff was phenomenal.

There's a certified nurse assistant named Denis, who attended to do the 3 to 11 shift, and he was really excellent. On the day, there were other CNAs named Manchester and Katie. Those 2 women were spectacular in helping me. Heidi was another one. She was like always there.

I think it was Amy at the front office. She was a wonderful person. She visited me a couple of times to say hello and asked me how I was feeling and everything.

Jenifer and Kristen were my therapists, and they were very good. Mathew was my doctor, and he was very good. The nurses and the aides were very nice and helped me a lot.
