Friendly atmosphere.

People on the second floor, the nurses , the LAN's and the therapist staff.

Acia, she was always very caring. Ashley, who is a PT and she was very warm, she met me at the level I was and she did a fine job of giving me things to do that would help me. Amy Sue, she brought medicine and very upbeat and patient. An older lady, a nurse that worked on second shift, she brought medicine, she personally went and called and got my medicine. She was knowledgeable and compassionate and acted quickly on my requests and needs.

The girl in the PT she is excellent. I just can't remember her name.

The nurses aid are very good.

The PT and OT staff were excellent.

The PT and OT department was exceptional.

Collin from nursing was very nice, she bonded with me and gave me extra shower. Amy was very nice too, she did help me with so much stuff and went out on her way to help me every time. James was helpful and friendly, he was a nice guy.

The physical therapist was very good. Betsy who helped me work out on my leg.

I don't know their names. Some of the night nurses were great.

Some of the nurse are good. They always do they work and I'm thankful to them.

The admission Director was really good and took good care of me.

Pretty much all of them. Rehab is pretty awesome.

The nurses, the nurse practioner was nice and helpful.

Just to improved on not loosing resident's clothing items. Night gowns and socks, they tend to disappear. The food can always be improved. It'd be nice if they'd be there more often.

There's no way for me to help my mother in there. I hope the staff will take good care of her and communicate with me for my mother's situation.

The communicating is getting better, Sometimes have trouble getting a response, I am long distance I am not close I don't rely on staff to communicate with me and let me know what going on and if anything to improve more regular communication from them about my mothers care.

Not really. My mother is good at making her needs known. She can verbalize if she needs something. Her nurse on third floor is wonderful.

No. I think they've been doing a fantastic job. I heard they are the best in taking care of Covid and also taking care of my mom.

I think they do a good job and I think that they are understaff then the problems that they have are not their fault. I think they do the best they can, quite frankly.

My mom does live there and although that it is excellent care from what I've seen she does want to try to come home unfortunately it is unsafe for her. Even though it is safe for myself and others but for her it wouldn't be recommended. It is good care and they have done well to try to help and her and everything and also for visitation for me to see her during the pandemic.

The care has been good. The staff has been good. I think Harris Hill has done a good job.

Not really, the nurses were pretty good. The night nurses were better than the day shift nurses,

They're all wonderful and the everyday staff was wonderful. The PT was very great too.

Robert he help me out and I was really grateful of his gesture.

Listen to the PT - I was told I could have my rescue inhaler by your APRN and yet I was never given to.

Amy Sue, she was terrific, I didn't get a chance to say goodbye to her and I truly appreciate what she has done for me. John, and Jessica, they're all just great.
