The PT group were all very good. There were a Nathan, Bryan, and Grace and Steve.

I can't remember names. The staff was very good, very caring.

The social worker Evan is excellent he knows his stuff, he put my family at ease. My whole family was so impressed, he was beyond wonderful. Then on the physical therapy, occupational therapy again the staff was incredibly helpful, one in particular her name is Susan she was terrific. The whole staff, I dealt with Bryan, Nathan, Steve.

A lot of the nursing staff. The person who clean my room was exceptionally nice.

Marianna was great, they had a CNA, she was wonderful, my wonderful, can't remember her name though. She had Sara Anne, the speech therapy, she was really the one trying to outreach to me to make sure that he pass the swallow study and the good stuff. Everybody on his team was wonderful.

Everybody there was great.

Kim, one of the CNAs, was excellent and patient. Another one of the CNAs, Mathew, was great, and all the therapy staff were absolutely wonderful. I think one of the nursing staff's name was Dierdre, and she was good.

Everyone was very helpful, kind, thoughtful.

Michelle, she was the first person I had contact with from resident services or admissions, and the woman I spoke to, the intake person, she was very, very good.

There is a nurse from 11-7 shift. She was really nice and have a nice sense of humor.

Kim, she is a CNA. The physical and occupational therapy people were excellent.

The CNA named Joey. He was very good and very quick to address my needs and concerns and he always got me extra food.

She was a social worker, she was very helpful, and she was from day shift.

LTC social worker . She always recognizes me. When she walk by the room, she always raises her hand up with a big smile on the face. She made me feel great. Her office is always open for me if I have any questions.

What did you like best about your stay? What did we do well?
 I knew them all. They were all very nice. They were very good to me. I forget their names. So many of them.What could we improve? What did you like most?
Everything was good. Really, they took care of me very well. They got me back to my feet. I had a sepsis shock, kidney failure. I was in a bad shape. But once I got out of there, I got a lot better. They got me walking. They've got some good therapist. All of them.  they were very good. Everything was good, the food, everything.

99.99%25 percent of the staff was wonderful.

Evan, the social worker was very good. He went above and beyond.

The entire staff, including the CNAs, housekeeping, the nurses and the aides. They were great.

Jen from the CNA was phenomenal and the only staff we can highly remember.

The physical therapist. Liz and Deb the nurses. There are actually a lot of them.

The PTs Joan and Rosie. Evan from social services. Debbie the nurse over in TCU. The CNAs Caitlyn, Kim, Catherine. The CNA staff on the whole are great. There was also a travelling CNA and she was very good.

There were couple of people. Firrst of all the therapist and staff they were outstanding. Assistant director of nursing is excellent and three CNA's .

All the staff were very good and excellent.

There were a lot of them and I would not pick one over the other. All my aides were good.

Well, there were several of CNA's that works excellent to my husband and it Laurie was one of them. She was wonderful and the PTOT Michelle.

Kim was very good. Patricia. All of them were actually very good. The therapists were very good too. Evan the social worker was very helpful. Michelle in the admissions was excellent.

Yes. Kim S., she's a certified geriatric nursing assistant.

The staff is wonderful. People are nice she got the medicine she needed but physical therapy felt short and that's the only purpose for us to be there.

Kim was wonderful. She always help me.

Victoria the CNA. The nurse Elizabeth was wonderful. Kim was wonderful. Olivia from the physical therapy group and her buddy there I can't remember her name.

Guion, he's a physical therapist, and Sue, she's a physical therapist too, and the whole staff were really great. There were only a couple that weren't as wonderful as others, but basically the whole staff was great.

I liked the staff first and the food second.

Several nurses and CNA's  were especially great.

Caring of the staff their concern for you, the staff treated you like family. The therapists are excellent in working with you to reach their goals with you as well as working towards the patients goals, I should know I'm an OTR/L myself.

Nurses were  excellent  with their CNAs.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was great.

My care was very well handled with kindness, grace and humor - even in the middle of the night. The pain was very well covered so that I didn't get overwhelmed. I have already told friends to use Grand Islander for transitional care.What could we improve? What did you like most?
I would say nothing negative.

1 CNA in Particular  was the best caregiver can't say how she was enough.
