A couple of the aides but I don't know their names offhand, they really took good care of her there, the aides during the day and the night.

There was an aide named Francis and a nurse named Daisy are both exceptional.

Murtha, a helper. She was excellent. The lady who sits in the front desk was very kind to me. She was lovely. The two therapists were very good.

I don't remember the names of the particular nurses and aides. There were several that were very warm and very welcoming and really were trying to understand the pain I was in.

Mirta, Francine, both of them are aides, top notch, super good. Patrick, he is a fellow, he is really super nice and very gentle, also very respectful. Deirdra, occupational therapist and Sonia, physical therapist. These are top notch people, superb in fact.

Petty Rose she was the head nurse, Pauleena, Krystal, and Jaime was great. Everybody who was an nurse and LPN who helped me was good.

Stacey and Morgan, they were the therapist, Merta the CNA. These three were most helpful to me.

Heather Grover is amazing. She is the only one that interacted with me and tells me everything going on with my husband.

They did an excellent job. I was very happy there. The nursing staff was great. People were caring. I just felt it was a very good place to be. The people that did the rehabilitation with you were very good. They took care of you. The food was great.

All of them was so good to me. They were just very nice to me.

No, considering what they've been through. My mother went there pre-Covid. So she's been there since February 8th of 2020. And they've handled everything very well.

The PT and OT was very serious in making their job right. They did perfectly.

The staff does a wonderful good job with the client. The nursing care was very good. They'd let me know if there's anything going on. As far as the hair care, they have a beautician there that really could do a lot better. They need to do the haircutting more often.

I think they keep her safe during covid and I am very impressed with that. I wish they could update the facility. Some of the stuff are very old. All in all, they take good care of my mom.

They really care about their patients. If any issues will come up, they follow and solve the issues with concerns and compassion. I think its very special place. They really work hard to make sure that all of their patients are comfortable.

They are vey thorough especially about the COVID. They keep me informed. They are doing a pretty good job.

I've been very happy. Our son is living there and he's been getting good care and we're very pleased. They've been very cautious with the pandemic. We're working now if he could possibly go back to work or if he could get out in the community or something like that. They're working on it. They have been very cooperative. They're doing a very good job.

I would like to recognize Erin. She was the therapist. Jaime and Taullyne, they were nurses. Amber was friendly too. She does the cleaning. And Merta, she was the assistant.

The nurse named Tanya handled my medications very well an on time. She was really awesome caring for me .

He was amazing. Everybody was amazing. Morgan Caroline and Aron and Martha they are all amazing. There are too many to mention. Everybody are amazing.

My experience wasn't that great this time only because of the roommate I had. She was very emotional and she cried all day, cried all night and she had me beside myself, I couldn't sleep but that's the only bad experience I've had. It's my favorite place. I've never gone anywhere else. When they tell me I have to go to a nursing home for some sort of therapy I always say Glen Hill or no where.

It takes along time for them to respond when you ring the call bell.

A lady there who worked over the night. She was a Haitian lady, she was sent from heaven, she was wonderful. She knew I had a big problem. to be lock in a room with someone snoring so loud, I couldn't sleep all night and all they could tell you is sorry and they couldn't do anything for me. That's not my idea of a rehabilitation.

The female PT staff was really good, but not all has the same intention.

I think it's not their fault that they don't have enough staffing. But, they are only few working in the facility which they can only provide little help.

No, I think the questionnaire took care of it.
