The property's common areas need to be maintained much better- The first impression upon entering is declining. The area near the elevator is terrible. Your staff is too limited and you have no back up plans to provide for unforeseen events.

Lois Morelli is the biggest asset to the Glen Crest community- she goes above and beyond. It would be nice to have more (organized) activities, classes or clubs or associations, active and socialization are so important.

When we get soup to go- why sometimes the cup is half full or less. Is this because of running short? If so, they could offer an alternate.

Staff is wonderful. Food service is excellent.

Please go back to the old way of delivering dinner on plates. Thestysofoom boxes are an environment disaster. I thought they were banned.

Need more activities, Where's seasonal cleaning? How about cleaning ducts to dryers- I am here long- no service [illegible]

This is my 3rd year and I am absolutely satisfied with everything in this community

Over the course of nearly 5 years living here. I have seen many come and go. But the warmth between the residents is like having one large family, to be cherished. The activities are diverse, therefore something for everyone. All the staff is always caring, helpful, compassionate. Through this corona virus we have been cared for in every way possible. Thank you all

The facility staff is exemplary! However, resources provided for the staff to perform their assigned duties seems to be very stringent. This is especially apparent in the area of maintaining the quality of individual resident apartment utilities and appliances. This facility only has one over-worked maintenance individual who is overwhelmed with priority facility work projects in this facility as well as in the nearby Genesis assisted living facility. I like Lois the most. The HVAC system needs updating. One time the a/c wouldn't shut off and ran all night. Another time I was without heat for 4 days and nights. The bathroom, especially the shower, and the low toilets, need updating. The taste and quality of the food has diminished significantly over the year.

There was no substitute for cleaning apartments for at least 6 weeks while Bonnie is out for medical reasons. Currently apartments are being cleaned approximately every 2 weeks. Residents should be compensated in some way.

It's a very nice community, but it could use some updating. Additional opportunities for programs - such as: Art classes Outside activities such as shuffle board Access to outside back patio is too limited - would be nice for residents to be able to socialize or do activities outside during nice weather. - Picnic/BBQ would be a nice option during the summer.
