Loretta is my mom's caregiver. I don't have to worry about my mom if Loretta's working. She is very caring. She goes above and beyond.

I like the PT people they were amazing.

Whole crew. Nursing Staff and Physical Therapy they were topnotch.

It's a pretty good nursing home and I'm okay with it.

No. Everything is fine.

They are wonderful.

They have 3 residents that stay there, the fact that there is nothing like my mom who are present that can do things in a daily basis, there is nothing for them to feel more productive during the daytime. Maybe something like a small job to do. They need something like a work activity not just activity there.

There's Lisa and Rory went above and beyond. They keep us updated on what was going on.

There's staff that went above and beyond. They also keep us updated on what was going on.

They keep me contacted in regard about covid and events coming up. There's been an issue about the tv it's on her side of the bed. Also there is this social services guy with attitude.

I wish they would listen to our concern a little more. He didn't get enough therapy.

There was a lady named Carla. She was a speech pathologist, and she was really good.

There were several excellent nurses and CNAs and a couple of girls in therapy.

The girl in my room, she was wonderful. She was my roommate.

She was in the therapy department.

I was just disappointed from the mount of PT I received and it only took only 20 minutes per session. The staff was great and caring, but they're understaffed.

They've been excellent to us.

We can't see the care he's getting you what I'm saying how can you do survey when you're in the midst of Covid. And no one has access. On a day to day basis I mean he has a colostomy, he has a urine bag. I don't he gets the point of care supposed to be like 2 hours I don't think he gets that. It depends on what day it is. It varies. It's consistent. But the staff changes and I'm not there to know who's working and when things are happening. They don't communicate as much as I would like. But on some things and other things they go over board. So they try to communicate with us I can't complain about that. With Covid it's a constant. They always calling, they're sending in emails. They keep us updated on what's going on with that. And they try to zoom. I don't want to zoom with people I don't know but they offer zoom. They offer services that I choose not to take advantage of. But they do try to communicate however I would like to know when his medicine changes and when they're checking him for UTI and the results of the UTI. And we used to get those things but we haven't been getting them, the notifications. I think they've had a lot of staff changes and that could be a part of it. I think they're trying hard like I sad there are some areas that would need to be improved and I think we've addressed that this week actually and it should be better. But they have kept us informed. They have done everything they can to keep us updated I can't complain.
