Our sincerest thanks go out to Tina for consistently making an effort to help when asked to do so. She was recently recognized by one of our Nurse Practitioners as someone who is always going above and beyond. The leadership here at Crestview Center North has come to appreciate how Tina approaches her very challenging job. It is a pleasure to work with someone like Tina as she continues to impress her coworkers, the residents and family members.
