Linda Lawrence, LNHA
AdministratorLinda's history with our Center goes back to 1998, where she worked as a CNA until 2015, and then after obtaining her LNHA credential in 2021, she had the opportunity to return to the Center as our Administrator. Linda has over 24 years of experience in the healthcare industry, having started as a CNA, then working in every department to work her way up to the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator at our Center - where she started her career.

Stephanie D. Henderson, RN
Director of NursingStephanie joined the Colonial Center team in December 2022. Her favorite thing about her new role is her team and our residents - she is a caregiver to her core! Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and as the mother of 3 boys, she is experienced at being busy!

Dr. Ashley Bennett
Medical DirectorDr. Bennett is a graduate of David Lipscomb University, and earned her medical degree from the University of Louisville. She is Board Certified in Family Practice and has lent her skill and compassion to medical missions in Nigeria and Jamaica.

Robert “Dylan” Martin, MHA, LNHA
Admissions DirectorDylan, originally from Glasgow, KY, graduated from the University of Louisville in 2019 with his BA in Psychology, and again in 2021 from WKU with his Masters degree in Healthcare Administration. He then continued his learning interests, becoming a Licensed Long-Term Care Administrator in 2022. He joined the Genesis team in the fall of 2021 and looks forward to the opportunity to engage with residents and their families, the community, and fellow healthcare professionals in this role. Outside of work, he spends his free time with his wife, Lindsey, and their dog, Louis.

Camilia Dennis, C/OTA
Director of RehabilitationCamilia Dennis has been a proud member of the Colonial Center team since 2003, where she started working as a CNA, and then she became the Activities Director and served in that role for 11 years. She continued her education to become a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, and now she serves as our Director of Rehab! She loves watching her patients achieve their goals and succeed!
