Welcome to Cedar Ridge Center, conveniently located off Interstate 77, just 15 minutes north of the capital city, Charleston, West Virginia. We have been a part of the community for 18 years. We provide skilled nursing and rehabilitative services for patients requiring post-hospital care, short-stay rehabilitation, and long-term residents. Our Clinical Care Teams are focused on implementing your personalized care program to facilitate your recovery and improve your well-being with a special focus on wounds and trach care. We pride ourselves on the most-tenured staff with 18 staff members who each have over 20 years of experience. Our residents enjoy free wi-fi, cable hook-up and telephones in every room, several church services each week, and various activities 7 days a week. Lora Dawson
AdministratorLora began her career in long-term care over 20 years ago as a CNA. While working as a CNA, she obtained her Associate's Degree in Nursing and later her Bachelor's Degree from Marshall University. She has worked for the company since 2000 as a Senior Director of Nursing and most recently as the Administrator of Cedar Ridge Center. Lora is dedicated to providing the guests of Cedar Ridge with quality healthcare while striving for positive patient outcomes in a home-like setting.

Dr. John Neville
Medical DirectorDr. John Neville has served as the Medical Director for Cedar Ridge Center and Valley Center since 2013. He is a 1993 graduate from Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and completed his Residency at Charleston Area Medical Center. Dr. Neville is also affiliated with Thomas Memorial Hospital. When he is not seeing resident’s in the Long Term Care facility, Dr. Neville is a primary care physician at Dunbar Medical Associates located in Hurricane and Dunbar, West Virginia.

Spring Fisher, RN
Director of NursingSpring has been with Cedar Ridge Center since 2009 where she began her career as a LPN. In 2019, she became the Unit Manager and started Nursing School to obtain her RN degree. In 2021, she graduated and shortly after accepted the position as the Director of Nursing. Spring resides in Sissonville with her family. She is married with 3 children and 5 grandchildren that keep her very busy. Spring strives to provide her residents with the finest care and compassion, and says Cedar Ridge Center will always be her home!!

Sonya Meadows
Admissions DirectorSonya has been with us since 2014, where she started as the AR/Bookkeeper. She accepted the Admissions Director position in July of 2018. Sonya was born and raised in West Virginia. She resides in Liberty with her three teenage children.

Stephanie Stephens
Director of RehabStephanie has been a PTA for 15 years working in SNF outpatient and home health. She has 3 grown children and 2 grandchildren she loves spending time with. Stephanie resides in Parkersburg WV. She strives to help patients achieve their goals and focus on improving quality of life.
