Kim Cook
Center Nurse ExecutiveStafford County, VA had been Kim’s home for many years so it’s only fitting she join the Woodmont Center team as the Center Nurse Executive in December, 2018. She graduated from Stafford High School where she met and married her high school sweetheart. She quickly rose from the ranks of CNA, LPN to RN while raising their 2 sons. Kim has over 27 years of various nursing experience ranging from Pediatrics, Internal Medicine, Public Health to Respiratory/Renal Patient Care before tackling SNF/LTC. Kim had 8 years experience as the Director of Nursing at a SNF/LTC facility when she arrived at Woodmont, and has consistently challenged the facility to superior standards. Besides nursing; shopping, relaxing on a beach and fishing are her other loves. One day she hopes to retire with her husband on a beach.

Brady O’Donnell
Director of AdmissionsI have worked in private duty, home health and SNF settings before taking a break from health care to run my family’s campground for the last four years. I am excited to join the team at Woodmont! A little about me… I have a Bachelors of Social Work and Sociology from Christopher Newport University. I have spent the majority of my professional career in medical marketing and have specialized in senior care transitions. I was born and raised outside of Charlottesville, but have lived in the Tidewater and Northern VA regions as well. I enjoy spending time adventuring outdoors with my husband and our two boys as well as running in races. Senior care is my passion. I truly believe that a smooth transition between levels of care as well as continuity of services is the best way to ensure a patient’s success at rehabilitation. I love learning the stories of our patients and strive to personalize their experience here once they arrive for rehab. I look forward helping you with your transition experience!
