They are understaffed because they have too much going on. They do get better but I had to be constantly be there. I am satisfied in some areas. I didn't want her special care but proper care. They need to be more careful by changing more gloves. There's not a lot of communication. I get information because I call everyday.

I think they took real good care of her and everything was really good.

They were super good and they were really good to me. I have no complaints.

They've got very loving and caring staff, and I just really appreciate them.

I think that they learned how to handle zoom calls for family members. They were able to manage the questions of the family members and help them to calm down. I think they have done a quite professional job considering under the stressed that they have been in with the virus. If they did something wrong they corrected it. They have been calling us even on weekends to let us know about our loved ones. We have received wonderful care up to this point.

I have been very pleased with the treatment in all around the years that she has been there. I certainly have the utmost respect for people who have a hard job to do.

No. Just during the Covid it's been a little bit harder the communication with staff, to talk to people to find out how things are going, but I'm sure they're doing the best they can under the circumstances.

We have always been satisfied when we watch the people taking care of other people and when we are not there that is the same care that my mother-in-law gets. When we come to visit her, she always looks clean. We feel like she is treated well and from what see we are satisfied with them.

Very good in giving updates everyday.

Well, more religious services I would say if they could. We certainly like to come and see her. It's been a little while. It seems like forever. And anything that can be done to make little more entertainment, I know they're trying to do that but it's kinda hard with everything like this right now.

I had a little problem with the discharge. I did not receive my medications which I should have on a Thursday. I got it later on a Saturday. That's it.

Everything was good in Woodland Hills. They did my therapy twice a day and after fifteen days I could walk and I thought they did a good job. I was proud of them. If I had to go back to a facility I would go back to Woodland Hills.

It was better than the other two that he had been in.

I just honestly liked them all especially the management. They just need more staff and equipment. We didn't get any papers from discharge. It happened really quick.

No. I've had a good experience there, but with any facility family members, as long as they come on a regular basis they get better care.

No, I think things are going pretty well.

No, there's no need to. He's been with them for ten years, there's no need.

No, it seems to be a very good facility.

I am pleased with the service, the quality of care my mother gets. I'm good, well pleased.

I've been super super happy with them. They have been wonderful to her and wonderful to me.

Well, couple of clothing items were stolen, disappeared. I think they could make some improvements on the place. Just the appearance of it maybe. It was clean but, they need to update.

I really enjoyed my stay there. They would treat you like somebody. Every one of them was very nice to me. I kinda hated to leave, but I enjoyed myself there.

They need to get some better food. Some of the food were different. Overall, I had a good experience there. I would go back again if I had to.
