Jessica Porter
Center Executive DirectorJessica graduated from UMF in 2000 as a Licensed Social Worker and has a background in home health and hospice. She joined Genesis in 2010 as the Director of Social Service at Harbor Hill and added a dual role of Director of Admissions and Marketing in 2014. Jessica completed her AIT training at Orono Commons and is now taking the role of Center Executive Director here at Windward Gardens. She is very excited to join this team and she will be an excellent addition to the facility.

Brandi Ludden
Center Nurse ExecutiveBrandi is a Waldo County native who was essentially born into healthcare. Growing up, she frequently visited with her grandmother who owned and operated an assisted living facility. While completing her education, Brandi worked at Eastern Maine Medical Center as a CNA. After receiving her nursing license she continued at EMMC for a total of eight years during which she also worked at Acadia Hospital in the substance abuse clinic. Brandi then moved on to employment with Genesis Healthcare in 2010 where her roles have included Unit Manager, Director of Nursing, Clinical Admissions Director, and Assisted Living Director at several different facilities. Now she serves Windward Gardens as the Center Nurse Executive. Brandi credits her passion for bringing vitality to the lives of our residents to her childhood experiences.

Trilby Burgess
Director of AdmissionsTrilby is a Knox County native who graduated from Kaplan University with an Associates Degree in Medical Assisting. After actively working in the field for several years, she returned to Kaplan University to obtain her Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration with a goal of blending patient care and management. As a member of the Genesis team since 2019, Trilby is excited for the opportunity to work with residents and their families as the Director of Admissions and Marketing here at Windward Gardens.

Mark Pollock
Director of RehabilitationMark attended the University of Maine where he graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology and Physical Education. He then went on to Graduate from Hesser College with an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant. Mark has also held a certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with the NSCA. He has many years' experience in Orthopedic Physical Therapy as well as over 6 years' experience in geriatrics. Mark leads a very strong and highly qualified Rehab Department here at Windward Gardens which offers Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy services. When Mark is not helping patients get back on their feet he enjoys spending time in beautiful Midcoast Maine with his wife, three children and dog.
