Christopher McBee, LNHA
Center Executive DirectorChris is originally from the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. In 2009, he graduated from Mountain State University with a Master’s Degree in Strategic Leadership. He began his career with Genesis HealthCare in 2002 as a Food Service Director, and his background also includes being a Certified Chef. He became the Center Executive Director for Sistersville Center in 2016, transferred to New Martinsville Center in 2017, then to Willows Center in 2019. Chris is very compassionate about his residents and employees. He also enjoys being active with local activities, and supporting community improvements and engagement efforts.

Kimberly Gerst
Center Nurse ExecutiveKimberly Gerst joined the team at Willows Center in July of 2013. Prior to coming to Willows Center, Kimberly was most recently the Center Nurse Executive at Ravenswood Village in Ravenswood, WV. Kimberly began her career with Genesis in May of 2011 as Director of Nursing at Ravenswood Village in West Virginia. Kimberly also is a Certified Director of Nursing through NADONA. She currently sits on the Board of Nursing for WVUP and the Wood County Technical Collage for the Nursing Assistant program. Kimberly gained her degree from Washington State Community College in Marietta Ohio. She has over 30 years in the healthcare field.

Pamela Addis
Director of AdmissionsPamela has over 30 years of experience working in Healthcare. She started her career with Genesis HealthCare in 2003. Pamela is dedicated to providing guests and healthcare providers knowledgeable information to ensure a smooth transition to the Willows Center.

Jessica Kunz
Director of RehabilitationJessica is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, and she has been working in skilled nursing facilities and outpatient orthopedic settings since 2012. Jessica has been with Genesis Rehab as a therapist since 2013 and is pursuing a degree in health care management.
