So far, everything has been good. They keep me up-to-date on everything.

They are doing a really good job. They send out updates on how the virus is dong. Today I actually called them and they transferred me to the person that I needed to talk to.

We are really grateful for Westwood and the care for my mother.

It's been very hard during the virus to get anything as far as visits. I'd like to see them schedule some visits where myself and my family member are socially distanced and all that.

They were nice to me.

It was a good experience. They were kind to her. They really helped me and kept me informed.

She was treated very well while she was there. I would call and they'd let me talk to her. I would recommend you to anybody.

They were good. They were there when I needed them.

The administrative staff was very good. The therapy staff is very good. The other ones that comes to the room to help you I would rate about a three. They're nice and good but they're slow. When she needed attention they were slow getting there.

We really appreciate everything they did.

The only complaint that I had was that they kept waking me up in the middle of the night trying to do vitals. I don't see the medical necessity of it so I objected. That's it.

They were just wonderful. It's only being five weeks and they were a lot of help.

It seemed to be very efficient down there.

There was this Krissy who works with all the paperwork and she was very helpful to us. they are very good to my mother.

They have a wonderful PT and I'm doing better I really enjoyed all the people there. I feel like I'm home.

No, everything was good. Everything was fine.

It's just a good place to be. If I would be sick again, that's where I wanna go.

I said, I like the place, I like the people that's there and I like Tracy and all of them and i really do. I like them all really well.

They have a really good physical therapy program down there. I think the people that work with their physical therapy program are the best in the entire region.

His therapy was excellent. It was fantastic. He really improved in there. They really worked with him until he could walk again and everything. The physical therapy staff was fantastic and the facility for physical therapy was fantastic.

So far, everything is good, so I wouldn't change a thing.

This place is not terrible, but he'd rather be home. I think everybody would, but people living there are mostly very nice and he made some friends in there. Things could always be better. It would be nice to have more people working on the night shift. As far as the quality of care that he gets there, it's very good, and the people are very good to him.

I had been there 3 years ago and it's been cleaner and nicer. The people were excellent.
