They are doing a wonderful job. They a e very vigilant with this virus.

No, not at this time I know they are trying to offer the visitation as soon as possible. They are doing a pretty good job with the covid. I am very impressed by them with the covid plan. Implementing that and keep everybody safe that has been excellent.

I think they did a wonderful job. It's very clan and the staff is very welcoming when I come there. They take a great care of my mother.

They took good care of Him, and that he will come back for sure.

The nursing staff was very efficient. I would like to give kudos to the PT and OT, specifically to Jeff and Bobby. Kudos to the social worker as well.

They are good.

I think they're doing a wonderful job over there in keeping them safe from the virus.

I'm just being happy with the care.

Nope. None. All good.

I think that the facility has been doing an excellent job with the maintaining a safe place with the virus. I would say they've also done an excellent job of staying in communication with the family members during the time of the lockout. Two big thumbs up for those two items. That's it.

I think they've done a fabulous job dealing with the pandemic. They've been extremely transparent with everything. They've done a tremendous job of keeping things under control and of communicating.

They have done an outstanding job since the COVID. It's just fantastic.

It is just the food that it is just the same.

I think that Westford  House has done a phenomenal job with my mom. She is in wonderful care, they take such good care of her. We can't say enough about the staff. They're so loving. They never say no, they just redirect. They're fabulous. I can't say enough about them.

Additional comments you would like the Center team to know?
The only problem I had was when I was discharged  I felt that the nurse that was on was an new nurse, and he was a very good nurse, but I don't think he was familiar with the discharge process. I think somebody should've helped him. Other than that, the care was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. I can't say enough good things about it. I was very pleased, and I would go back there.

They have a nurse named Jupiter, she was one of the best and I would highly recommend her.

They were excellent. The staff was very nice and sweet. The only thing I didn't like was the food. I'd like the beds to be a little more comfortable because they were kind of bumpy and lumpy.

I think you guys had a lady there Florentine that did all his appointments and everything. She was very good and very attentive. She always tried to help. Kirsten was a day nurse. She was really good. Stephanie was his nurse practitioner. She was very informative. She always got back to me and she was very professional. Michelle, the night nurse, she was really good too. The staff really cared.

 The facility's management is excellent. Things like, they have a back-up generator, they have lights in the parking lot, they have good physical care for the facility.

Do you have any comments, suggestions or concerns you'd like to tell me?
 Recently they removed the carpeting from the lower level and put in floors with a solid material that really changed the look dramatically.  They did not do that on the upper level and I think  so replacing that carpet would go a long way to make it more hospitable. My husband's condition was very hard to manage and I think that the staff has done an outstanding job managing a very difficult condition.

I think they do a fine job. I am concerned about some of the staff turn overrate. But I understand that it's a natural thing.

They're doing a wonderful job and I'm very pleased with her situation there.

No. We've been happy with west ford house.

 staff were nice and kind.

The Pt department was very excellent with me. They are caring and good and they do the right ways. The night shift nurse named Cheryl was very good. They need to improve their utilities.
