Additional comments you would like the Center team to know?
The staff was beyond the treating patients. My mother was there couple years back before she passed, and I couldn't' ask because she was treated like a queen there and that's why I recommend them. It was just really home style and the meals are good.

The aides are wonderful. They work so hard.

As far as the nursing staff, they're excellent. They really take good care of my mom. My cousin and my Aunt, before she passed away, couldn't praise Waterview enough. When my mother went in, her social worker was excellent. I would rate these 5, be it B or Joan, or whoever answers the phone at the front desk, they're excellent. They'll direct me to whoever I need to speak to, to my mother, to the nurse's station.

The entire staff communication is fantastic. It's all good.

She needs assistance in every position. Communication is important.

I just want to comment about the Center what they did after the Corona virus pandemic. They did really well, great job actually, because they had a zoom meetings. In the beginning, it was every week to update the families about the condition of the virus, how many people are sick, and what are they doing about it. It was very, very helpful. From the practical point of view and also the emotional aspect for us. It was very helpful because I understand other places didn't have that zoom meetings. And also they have, later on they started having meetings outside which was very well organized and it was good because we can see out loved one. So they're handling up the Corona virus, I would give them a definite 5.

I think they are doing a very good job. They are very compassionate and they let us know quickly what is going on. It is like an extended family for my mom, the caregivers, all of them.

I'm just very thankful about he zoom calls during the pandemic .

We've been very happy with the care.

It was an excellent facility. I will recommend this place since they're serious with the care to my grandmother.

Overall, during the covid-19, the people at Waterview have done a wonderful job in helping even with problems with my family member. They're very helpful, and they helped alleviate problems with my family member, and everything is fine.

It was an excellent facility. They took care of me, took care of my needs, and helped me to improve on the line of physical therapy, so the therapy department was just excellent. I came home with knowledge on how to help myself become more independent, and that is the whole purpose of going to rehab.

They did a very good job. They treated him with excellent job.

The staff was wonderful. The aides were fantastic. I had no problem with that and I like the therapy, the therapy was great.

The rehab seemed downstairs. There was one guy who was very good.
