Coronavirus UpdateView All Updates
It is hard to believe that the holiday season is fast approaching. We know that spending the holiday season with friends and family is always important, especially this time of year. That’s why we are working hard to make it as special as possible despite the ongoing pandemic.
As we plan for this year’s fall and winter holiday celebrations, safety remains our primary focus as we work to protect your loved ones, our staff, and families. This year we will all be celebrating differently as celebrations will not be in large gatherings. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer opportunities for families to share meals within the Center with loved ones or large resident and family gatherings. As recommended by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), a federal regulatory agency, we also strongly discourage resident Leaves of Absence, to protect both the resident who might be exposed to coronavirus when outside the Center, as well as all other residents when somebody returns from a leave of absence. read more

Jennifer CauserCenter Executive Director
Jennifer Causer began her career in New York as a Certified Recreation Therapy Specialist after earning her B. A. degree in Recreation Therapy from Kean University in 1997. Causer accepted her first professional position working with young children in a residential treatment center focusing on behavioral health and improving children’s social and emotional wellbeing. Four years later, Jennifer moved back to New Jersey and discovered her passion for working with the frail elderly. Using the therapeutic techniques she was schooled in, she began to change the way her nursing home looked at quality of life and recreation. Since her initial position as Recreation Director in a skilled nursing center, she went on to work with the elderly in assisted living and independent living settings as well, finally settling into an assistant administrator position in a skilled nursing center. It was in this position that Jennifer finally felt “at home” and empowered to make a more global and impactful difference in the lives of our frail elderly. In 2013, Jennifer became a licensed nursing home administrator and shortly after joined Genesis Healthcare. “Genesis Healthcare and the leadership in our division has supported my growth as an individual and a professional. I am most sincerely grateful to them for the opportunities that have been afforded to me. I hope that I can be as impactful to my fellow team members, residents, and families as these dedicated and talented leaders have been to me.”
Tara Roselli, RNCenter Nurse Executive

Tara received her Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Atlantic Cape Community College in 2016 and became a Registered Nurse. Tara is a long standing Genesis employee and has worked in several nursing positions including Unit Manager and now as Center Nurse Executive. Tara is a proud mother and enjoys spending time with her family, reading, going to the beach and walking her dogs. Tara plans to go back to school to continue to further her education and career with Genesis.

We continue to recommend Victoria Manor to everyone!
We wanted to write to tell how much we appreciated the caring staff at Victoria Manor. Our Mom, Jennie was there for Short-stay Rehabilitation in November and December 2012. We actually had Mom taken down from North Jersey by ambulance to Victoria Manor because we were told it was the finest facility in our area and since we reside in the area, we were so pleased to know that she would be taken care of and we could be with her every day.
The entire staff....nurses, aides, physical therapists, social workers, recreation, dining room/kitchen help, receptionists and maintenance people were all so courteous to Mom and to us each and every day. The care and concern for Mom's well being was exceptional. She actually thrived with the care she received and we are happy to report she is doing well back in her own home once again. She continues to mention Victoria Manor to our family with nothing but kind words for everyone.
Thank you all so much for a job well done!!!! You have our sincerest gratitude and we continue to recommend Victoria Manor to everyone.
Nick and Pat A.
Cannot thank you enough!
To Victoria Manor’s Entire Staff:
I want to thank all of you for the love and care you have given my dad! When I first dropped him off there in December 2014, I did not know, after two days, whether I was bringing him home or not. When I went to see him on the third day my dad was so happy I could not believe it! In the past two and half years I have seen so much love and concern for my dad. I will soon be 62 years old and have NEVER seen him this happy.
I’ve met so many great people there who really care about the residents. Dad is 91 years old and I believe in my heart that his staying there is keeping him young and full of life. Anytime I had any questions I was given answers with such professionalism. I was always told the truth and always called or told of any problems. I see and feel a lot of love and concern given to my dad there!
I thank God every day for all of you! He is safe from wandering out onto Route 9, in the woods and so on. From the front office, greeters, nurses, aides, kitchen help servers and maintenance and housekeeping they are all caring people. I have been helped in many ways and have made a lot of friends and have always been treated with respect and kindness. I just want to let everyone know how thankful I am. More importantly, I know my dad is in good hands!
Cannot thank you enough.
