Jennifer Jeffrey
AdministratorI have been a nursing home administrator since 2009 and have been in long term care since 2004. I have both a bachelor's and master's degree in Social Work. This field of work found me and I haven't let go of it since. Working with the staff and residents in long term care is what God had planned for me, and I love what I do! I have also been married for 18 years and have 4 very active children ages 15 to 4 years old. I dedicate a lot of hours to my mission of God's work in serving the healthcare community, but I also balance that out by attending every sporting event I can for all my kids! I am blessed!

Positive Experience
"Just wanted to get back with you on the positive experience we had at the Teays Valley Center when my mother was there for rehabilitation following her surgery. The staff were very attentive to her needs and addressed any concern we had. I was impressed with your protocol to have an initial meeting with the patient and family that included the nursing, rehabilitation, social services and management representatives to discuss what the facility had to offer and the plan of action for her rehabilitation. There was a true concern by your staff to get my mom well, back on her feet and back to her home. Not only was the facility clean and comfortable, but she also enjoyed being there (she really liked her room). I think this says a lot about your facility. The nurses were very attentive and caring. She enjoyed the meals, her only complaint was that she received too much food (ha, ha). Thanks again not only for the Genesis facility but most of all for the caring staff at the Teays Valley Center."
