The Department of Public Health, Division of Health Care Facility Licensure and Certification (the Department) has received notification of a proposed change in ownership of 1801 Turnpike Street Operations LLC, DBA Sutton Hill Center,1801 Turnpike Street, North Andover, MA 01845. If deemed suitable by the Department, Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center LLC, 1801 Turnpike Street, North Andover, MA 01845, intends to purchase the nursing home from the current owner. There will be no changes in the bed capacity or the services provided by Sutton Hill Center. A public hearing may be requested upon a petition by any group of ten adults. Such petition shall include the name, address and signature of each adult and designate one member as the representative of the group. Written comments concerning the applicant’s ability to provide quality long-term care services and petitions for a public hearing may be addressed to the offices of the Department of Public Health, Division of Health Care Facility Licensure and Certification.  A request for hearing may be made for a period of 14 days following this publication. Comments or a request for hearing may be submitted by mail to the Department of Public Health, Division of Health Care Facility Licensure and Certification, 67 Forest Street, Marlborough, MA 01752, or by email to HFLLicenseAction@state.ma.us.  All written or oral comments submitted to the Department may be posted on the Department’s website and released in response to a request for public records.
