Emily Saucier
Center Executive DirectorEmily joined Genesis HealthCare in 2015 and brings more than 10 years experience working in long term care to the Center. She is licensed as a Multi-level Nursing Home Administrator through the State of Maine and is a Maine Chapter Member of the American College of Healthcare Administrators. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Southern Maine. As Executive Director, she is responsible for administering, directing, and coordinating all activities of the Center. "My goal is to continue to provide high-quality, compassionate care and to maintain high patient, resident, and family satisfaction with the services we offer."

Deborah Bostic, MSN, CDONA
Center Nurse ExecutiveDeb has over 20 years nursing leadership experience in both acute-care and geriatric care. She is dedicated to patient-centered care and evidence-based quality healthcare. Deb received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, and obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing- Healthcare Administration and Management from Aspen University. She is part of the Aspen University Nursing Honor Society, the Organization of Nurse Leaders, and is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives. In 2018, she obtained her national certification as Director of Nursing Administration. Deb joins the Genesis team in 2016 in her role as Center Nurse Executive.

Arthur Marquez, RCP
Respiratory TherapistArthur has been a Respiratory Therapist for over 30 years. He received his degree from Pima Medical Institute in Mesa, Arizona. He started his Respiratory Career in the Adult Intensive Care Unit at John C. Lincoln Hospital in Arizona. He then worked as a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit respiratory therapist at Banner Health Cardon's Children's Medical Center, where he also worked in the PICU, and Trauma ER. Arthur Joined the Genesis team in 2016 and became the Respiratory Ventilator Program Manager at Springbrook Center in 2017. Originally from Arizona, Arthur and his wife moved to Maine in 2015, Arthur enjoys creating Mosaic art work, being outdoors, and with his family.

Christina Cole
Director of RehabilitationChristina has worked as an Occupational Therapist with Genesis Rehab Services since they have come to the State of Maine in 2007. Christina is a graduate of the master’s degree program of Occupational Therapy from the University of New England with an additional certificate in Organizational Leadership attained from the Philadelphia University in 2012. With a primarily skilled nursing facility background, Christina has also worked inside of Acute Care Hospitals and Sub-acute rehab settings. Christina’s passions include seating and positioning, splinting, and the use of measurement to promote the efficacy of OT practice.
