Emily Saucier
AdministratorEmily joined the Company in 2015 and brings more than 15 years of experience working in long-term care to the Center. She is licensed as a Multi-Level Nursing Home Administrator and is a Maine Chapter Member of the American College of Healthcare Administrators. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Southern Maine. As the Nursing Home Administrator, she is responsible for directing and coordinating all activities in the Center. "My goal is to continue to provide high quality, compassionate care and to maintain patient, resident, and family satisfaction with the services we offer."

Director of NursingDennis Contreras is Director of Nursing at Springbrook Center.
Kimberly Kleinpeter
Director of RehabilitationKim is a Maine native, but went to college for Physical Therapy at Springfield College in Western Massachusetts. She has experience working in hospitals, acute rehabilitation, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient clinics throughout her career. She has over 20 years of experience, has worked for Powerback for more than 13 years, and at Springbrook Center for 5 years. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, camping, mountain biking, and spending time with her family.
Chelsey Pratt
Admissions DirectorChelsey has been with the Company since 2011. She started her career in healthcare at Springbrook Center as a CNA. She has held various roles over the years within the center. From unit coordinator, scheduling/payroll, and discharge planner. During that time she also obtained her Medication Technician certification. She left the Springbrook team briefly to take the Admissions Coordinator position at another affiliated building where she was quickly given the title of Director of Admissions. She returned to Springbrook Center in 2021 as the Director of Admissions. She is proud to be apart of the hard working, knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated team at Springbrook. Chelsey is committed to a positive customer experience for both patients and their families and making the admissions process as easy and uncomplicated as possible.
