Deborah Bostic, MSN, CDONA
Director of NursingDeb has over 20 years nursing leadership experience in both acute-care and geriatric care. She is dedicated to patient-centered care and evidence-based quality healthcare. Deb received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts, and obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing- Healthcare Administration and Management from Aspen University. She is part of the Aspen University Nursing Honor Society, the Organization of Nurse Leaders, and is a member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives. In 2018, she obtained her national certification as Director of Nursing Administration. Deb joined the team in 2016 in her role as Director of Nursing.

Seth Keller
Director of RehabilitationSeth is a Pennsylvania native. After graduating from Duquesne University with his Master's Degree in speech-language pathology in 2013, he relocated to Maine. He has worked in the SNF/LTC/ALF setting as a speech pathologist for 8 years and director of rehabilitation at various sites since 2018. He is a certified in VitalStim provider for dysphagia. Seth's off-hours interests include hiking & camping, playing the cello, and spending time with his family.

Chelsey Pratt
Admissions Director“Chelsey has been with Genesis since 2011. She started her career in healthcare at Springbrook Center as a CNA. She has held various roles over the years within the center. From unit coordinator, scheduling/payroll, and discharge planner. During that time she also obtained her Medication Technician certification. She left the Springbrook team briefly to take the Admissions Coordinator position at another Genesis building where she was quickly given the title of Director of Admissions. She returned to Springbrook Center in 2021 as the Director of Admissions. She is proud to be apart of the hard working, knowledgeable, experienced, and dedicated team at Springbrook. Chelsey is committed to a positive customer experience for both patients and their families and making the admissions process as easy and uncomplicated as possible.”

Emily Saucier
AdministratorEmily joined Genesis in 2015 and brings more than 15 years experience working in long term care to the Center. She is licensed as a Multi-Level Nursing Home Administrator and is a Maine Chapter Member of the American College of Healthcare Administrators. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Southern Maine. As the Nursing Home Administrator, she is responsible for directing and coordinating all activities in the Center. "My goal is to continue to provide high quality, compassionate care and to maintain patient, resident, and family satisfaction with the services we offer."
