everything is wonderful and I appreciate on what they do.

No, right now like I said they are doing a good job and I am happy with everything they are doing right now.

I really don't know because we haven't see her since June when she was transferred at the facility. Her health is decline maybe because of the isolation or her age. I think the facility is probably a good one. I think they are doing everything they can. They communicate with me if there's an issue. They done what they can for outside visit and face time.

They are running it smoothly and we certainly appreciate it.

No. They all do really well there. If I have a concern, I called down there and it was addressed as quickly as possible. If there is an issue with my mom, if she falls or whatever, I'm notified anytime or if not immediately. I can call in there anytime I want to get information regarding her because her speech is really horrible. We have video calls every week. They do pretty good.

The communications are all good.

They treated me very well.

If late at night and you'd need assistance, you'd have to wait a long time to get it like around half an hour. That's it.

I think everybody is nice. It could've been better with the food. I couldn't explain it.

It's just that when I call the desk in the morning, I would like somebody to answer the telephone. I sometimes call and it takes 15 minutes before somebody answers the telephone.

He receives pretty good care, except that he's not satisfied with the food. They don't give him half the time what he likes. As far as the nurse's aides, they're pretty much on top with him. You have some that are not too good, but most of them are okay.

Additional comments you would like the Center team to know?
I went there for rehab and the people took really good care of me.  My therapist, and he was just excellent. He took really good care of me and gave me the type of therapy that I needed. And there were several others, I just don't remember their names. They had a very good, well trained staff and they took good care of me.

They did a great job.

Some team members were fabulous. They were compassionate and wonderful. Other team members seem to be overworked and uninterested.

I am just thankful that they don't have any Covid. I am thankful that they take time to do face time with me. They allow him to call me when he wants to even though he might not be able to speak at that moment depending on his medicines and when his brain is working.

They have great relationship with the staff even if I'm not around. Overall, I'm a bit concern with the questions since I haven't have much time seeing him, but I'm comfortable with that.

Everybody was very nice to me.

During the discharge they should make sure that the patient have all their belongings whether they're in the laundry or in the drawers because he left things behind.

The only reason that I wouldn't recommend them is because of the noise every night.

Everything was fine for me. All of the staff were super nice to me and the food was great.

The facility itself is showing it's age.

I've been very pleased with them. They treat her well and they always call me when something happens. I have no complaints.

They take very good care of him.

Just keep up the good work.

I was comfortable. I guess that's the best I can say on that.

It's never a good experience, but it was as good as it could get. As good as it could be. Considering the circumstances that was the best that we could ask for.

I would like them to know that I'm very grateful, and I hope to see everybody at Walmart.
