She was a social worker her office located at right side once you entered the facility.

The nurses were wonderful.

Physical Therapy Assistant.  There were several nurses that were outstanding.

They were all very good.

 CNA was really good. The Physical Therapist Assistant.

Wilma is an aide and by far the best.

There were a couple that I thought were good. There was an aide named Leslie, that was a male, he was good, he was a travel aide. A night nurse, but I don't know her name.

Kelly and his therapy people and his roommate was excellent, I think it was Howard Lewis. He watched out for him even though he was partially paralyzed from a stroke. But I think he really made his stay more enjoyable more than it would have been.

Tabitha was good. She did the best she could. She was the speech therapist. She did well.

The aides were helpful.

Lauren Rush, the physical therapist.

There was a lady, Lauren, she would take me out to walk, take me to exercise. She's the first person that ever got me to walk without my cane. I had complete confidence in her.

My PT was great.

Everybody there that took care of me was excellent.

I really like Miss Kelly from the social services. The nurse named Quana and Dr.Kelly was good to me too. Mark from the food services.

The floating nurse named Heather and she was good. CNAs named Veronica, Tiffany and the manager of the case Cely and director Rose.. The PT staff Ginger, Helen and Labour and some aides too.

I have several good staff from the PT and OT are the great people. The director of the facility also came to me and talk.

The food is awful. Most of the patients send them back. The food there is terrible. My mom had a screw in her food one time. Items had been missing not stolen. Laundry has been missing. My mom's care sometimes it takes hours for the staff to take her to the bathroom in the afternoon. The next issue is the TV doesn't work in her room and it's been that for a couple of weeks. They say they need to replace the tv but the activities director said that they need to have a fund raising to get money to replace the TV and I don't know why corporate can't do that. On the communication, part of Genesis that nursing home in Charlestown has been horrible, horrible, horrible phone issues. My mother had a bladder infection a couple of months ago and the phones were down for three days. The nurse practitioner had to actually call me in her personal cellphone because the phones were not working at the nursing home for three days. And it took them 3 days to diagnose her bladder infection. And my mom has been there for a lot of years. They go days without having a phone. There would be days when I can't a hold with my mother. The phone issue has been happening since the beginning. The cleaning, I went to visit my mother in August, in between the pandemic shutdown in the Genesis center, and there was laundry stacked up in her room dirty laundry that housekeeping has not taken care of. And there was dust and trash underneath the bed. It is extremely disorganized. When my mom has to use the bathroom, they come in and they'll say they'll be back and it's couple of hours before they get back to her. And my mother has to hold her stuff. It also seemed like that the staff have their favorite patients. They have favorites. And even before then the staff is not doing that great of a job. I don't know who does the cleaning on a daily basis but when I went up there in August she had ow it was awful underneath her bed. I'm just so mad at them right now. And there is another issue, mom was going to get a hearing aide. And mom returned the hearing aide because the staff wouldn't help her. When I went up there she said she couldn't find her hearing aide. So mom was disappointed that nobody can help her with that. If I had enough money, I live in Florida so to get up to my mom with the pandemic and everything. It's been a challenge. But If I had the money, I would take her out of there and take her somewhere else.
