Additional comments you would like the Center team to know?
The staff was great there. The minute that you open the door, everyone was friendly. The only thing I would criticize was that the bed linens were not changed frequently. My husband had serious heart surgery, and his bed linens weren't changed for 3 days. He was fighting an infection, so that needs to be there. We had one little bump with the infusion process there. The nurses were not wearing gloves, but the head nurse came in and she was wonderful. She instructed them how to proceed when he was getting the antibiotics. He was getting 2 different antibiotics infusions, and she straightened everything out, and from then on, it was just very smooth. The people there are great. They bent over backwards to be kind and polite and to help out. They were very compassionate also, even down to the lady who cleaned the room. She's a very kind and very nice lady.
