She was there few years ago, and the care was very pleasing. The therapy was very recommendable. This facility was the number one.

They have been very good with my Aunt and they hand it very well, even though she is difficult sometimes. She is loved where she is Everyone is taking good care of her.

No.We don't see any problems at all.

No, not at this time. I think everything is fine.

No. My brother is very satisfied, I talk to him every other day and he's never ever had a complaint. He's very satisfied being there.

they are doing good in handling the covid situation everyday

I wish they would have more people on the floor to help. I waited for 45 minutes after pressing the call button when I needed to go to the bathroom.

It all went well there. They treated me well. They worked with me. It was fine.

Everything was great so far. Everything was beautiful there. I'd like to thank everybody there.

No, I'd go back there if I have to.

It's a wonderful place. They the best physical therap.

I would like to thank them very much for the way they treated me. They treated me with such love and compassion. They took such good care of me. I was very pleased and I would recommend it to anybody. I will never forget them for their kindness.

No. I was happy to be there.

Everyone just good to me. They are all wonderful especially the aides.

The people there were really good.

I think it is about the best nursing home and rehab in the area here. I have been there ten times in the last eight years and I am very well satisfied with all the care and especially with the physical therapy. Their physical therapy department is the best I've ever had. It is a very good facility and it's very clean also.

They were very nice to me.

They lose their clothes every time. Though, I can say that the staff was really good to the residents.

The closet should have an extra rack down for people on wheelchair. They're up so high it's hard for them to reach it.

The only complaint that he has is that they would wake him up at 2 or 3 in the morning to give him a needle or something like that or a pill and he would've rather have them wait until the morning to do that, not that literally.

Everybody is very kind and caring over there and I would definitely recommend it to anybody else.

They have a planned care meeting that they do every month or couple of months. It's always in an inconvenient time. A while ago I had asked if that could be changed to a certain time.

They are excellent.

I'd like to know when she can have her teeth cleaned by a dentist. I asked them to have a doctor clean her teeth and they haven't done that. That's the only thing that I am dissatisfied with.

The immediate staff, the nurses and the aides that work with my mom are wonderful. they really want to help. They are very engaged with me and my family as we go down this journey with them. They are really working hard but there just never seem to have enough people to make it easier on them.

I really got a good care there. I wasn't sorry to be there because I got wonderful care there.

The physical therapy was excellent.

It was a great place. The staff was fantastic. I had no problems whatsoever.

We are very pleased on all department specially on rehab department. My husband was very happy there.

They did an exceptional job. Everything was exceptional. We're very pleased.

Everybody there was very nice. The rehab was efficient. I enjoyed my stay there.

They accommodate us, any problem they took care of it right away. That's why I don't have problem with them.
