Kate McCracken

Kate joins Rochester Manor with over 20 years of experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation services and long term care, including 12 years in healthcare management. She earned her Master's Degree in Health Administration in 2014 and has been an active member in American Occupational Therapy Association as well as the American College of Healthcare Administrators. Kate believes that the quality of life for the aging population she serves is to be at the forefront of all decisions and that all are treated with dignity and respect. Kate lives in Alton Bay, NH with her husband, Sean of over 30 years and enjoys spending time with her family, including their two children, Cailtin & Evan.

Magued Rizkalla, MD, FACP, MPH, CMD

Dr. Magued Rizkalla has served as the Medical Director at Rochester Manor since October 2017. He brings multiple years of experience in the long term care field.

He received his medical degree from Cairo University, graduating in the top 1% of his class. He received a Master of Public Health degree from Boston University, School of Public Health. He completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center of Boston, his residency in neurology at the University of Vermont and his residency in transitional medicine at Metro West Medical Center in Framingham, MA.

When not taking care of his patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children.

Heather Paterson

Heather joined the Rochester Manor team in December 2022. She began her nursing career after originally receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Biology. She has been a registered nurse for almost 14 years in the Seacoast area. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2020 with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree. She is from Dover and enjoys being able to take care of patients from her own community! In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and two boys doing anything outside. She enjoys camping all over New England, visiting with friends and family and reading a good book!

Anne Munck, RN

Anne comes to Rochester Manor with over 20 years in nursing, including 8 plus years as a Director of Nursing. She became passionate about working in the geriatric field while caring for her elderly grandmother with Alzheimer’s at age 18 as a nursing assistant. Anne believes that the quality of life of the residents should be foremost and that dignity & respect are hallmarks of caring for the aging. Her clinical experience extends to short-term skilled nursing as well, and she strives to impart a customer service mindset “from the top down.”

Kara Couture

Kara joined the team at Rochester Manor in December 2020 having transferred from another Genesis center. She has worked for the Company for 16 years, starting in Social Services and transitioning to the Admissions Director. She enjoys this position as it still allows her use her social work skills. Kara transitioned to the Senior Admissions Director in May 2022 and is excited to work with new Admission Directors and mentor them as they begin working with the Company. When not at work she enjoys spending time with her husband & son.

Jeremy Cabanel

Jeremy is new to the Company having moved from Seattle in 2018 to act as the Director of Rehabilitation at Rochester Manor. Jeremy is an Occupational Therapist and graduated from Sacred Heart University in 2012. Previously, Jeremy has worked in pediatrics, skilled nursing, home health and acute care hospitals in New Orleans and Seattle. His passion for the elderly drew him back to skilled nursing where he manages an excellent team of Occupational, Physical, and Speech therapists.
