Overall,  I am pretty satisfied with the overall experience over there. If I had any issues, I'll take her somewhere else.

They need to do a better job with their laundry.

A big problem I have there is that they lose laundry. The rehab is excellent. There's a guy there that has been working with my father well beyond what he should have.

No not necessarily I mean it's been quite a while since I've been there with this covid thing going on but when I was there just about everyday there were somethings that I maybe thought could be better but keeping in mind I've been over to places. They're maybe slightly better than some other places I've seen.

I'm very dissatisfied. Nurses are not good and they ignore people. It's just very dissatisfied.

I'm satisfied with the facility. They do a good job.

My concern is about the laundry because they don't get their clothes back. A lot of his things were missing. They have a wonderful staff there.

They are excellent and nice people out there.

They need to improve the food. The food is horrible. The staff was kind to him and me.

I appreciate everything that they did to me.

Everything was great. I have nothing to complain about them.

There were people that I would give a 1, but also some were not so good. I had two nurses that were great, but I can't remember their names. They were awesome because they attended my needs. They need to work on the call lights. They left it on for a very long period of time, not all, but to some period of shifts. One nurse, she actually fought with me about my urine. The ones that left me in my urine was awful. I don't like them calling me a pill-addict. It was 5 days after my surgery. You know, I can't do much in that condition. The discharge people were excellent. They even helped me get to the van.

It was all good to be there.

They need to work on cleanliness and sanitation in that facility. When it comes to resident's belongings and laundry, it's not done good. There's bleach buds, issues with lost articles of clothing, things misplaced, and my dads had somebody else's clothes. So the housekeeping and laundry needs to be addressed.

I think that they're doing a good job.

Not really. Unless, they update their bathrooms.
