I am just glad I got to where I was at your establishment. I was happy. I wasn't feeling too well and the nursed me back to health with no problem.

The nursing staff needs to be improved just a little. The physical therapy and the occupational therapy that I received there was topnotch.

I am very appreciative of the work that they did to get my mother back to her baseline and I would definitely recommend them because she came a long way with their help.

No. The Covid personnel is very kind.

The CNAs are wonderful. The physical therapy and occupational therapist were stupendous. I made so much progress because of them. I credit them for getting me up and walking again. I had been there before earlier in the year with Covid and I was in the Covid unit and I was back in the hospital and then they said I had to go to rehab I requested Quinnipiac because of the care I received in the Covid unit.

Overall I found them far and above way better than anybody else. She has a nurse who is just amazing.

They've been really good and that's the place to go to.

With the change of the season and were still outside.

A concern that some of the staff, there's a turnover with some of the staff quite often that's the concern to me. His main nurse is wonderful. That's about it.

It's really hard not being able to see my mother but I understand the current situation. I applaud the management and the staff for taking care of the residents at this time. I really give them a lot of credit.

The facility is fine. The staff was very helpful and attentive.

I think if they could call me a little bit more to let me know and keep me updated.

I think as a daily routine, they should do better.

No. They do everything that, we would want them to do.

They were professional and knowledgeable. They treated me as if I was a family.

They did a great job under the circumstances.

I think they were very professional and they were very kind and caring and yeah, I would go back there. I hope not.

I just think they were all very good. They did very well with Richard and the physical therapy people were excellent as well.

I was happy and satisfied with the care. The physical therapy was really good. That's it.

The nurses are excellent. The administrator is very responsible and considerate.

They made me feel so good. I didn't wanna leave because they treated me like a queen there. They treated me so well, I mean it. The people were so nice to me. The therapist were excellent.

They have good physical therapists.  The nurses were spot on. They did great work. There's really nothing else I could say except it was a good experience.
