Susan Moten
AdministratorSusan Moten is the new Administrator at Pine Lodge. She joined our center in November 2022. Susan resides in Shady Spring with her husband, Michael and 2 children, Allison & Ryan. She has over 11 years of healthcare experience to include Human Resources, Payroll, Admissions and is a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She formerly worked for Stonerise Rainelle & Greenbrier Health Care Center. She attended Meadow Bridge High School and received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Concord University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and their goldendoodle (Max), travelling, amusement parks, cruising and attending her childrens' sporting events.

Mustafa Rahim MD, FACP, FASPC
Medical DirectorDr. Mustafa Rahim, MD is an Internal Medicine Physician in WV with over 33 years of experience in medicine, medical education and scholarly research. In light of the potential harm the pandemic poses for nursing home residents in particular, Dr. Rahim is vigilant in ensuring the safety and health of Genesis Healthcare’s patients. Kelsey Whitt
Director of NursingKelsey earned her RN in 2015 and started her nursing career in the Critical Care setting. She joined the team in 2018 as a Unit Manager, advanced to Assistant Director of Nursing, and now Director of Nursing. She earned her RN and BSN from Fairmont State University and MSN from Marshall University. Kelsey strives for quality care to be provided to all residents and enjoys interacting with residents and their families.

Charlene Keiffer
Director of Marketing and AdmissionsCharlene has been with Genesis for thirteen years. She started as a CNA at eighteen years old, she has twenty years of long term care experience. Since then, she has served in multiple management positions Recreation Director, Guest Service Director and Currently The Director of Marketing & Admissions at Pine Lodge. She has always had a love for helping others, and looks forward to Continuing to make relationships with Families, visitors, and Residents.

Tanya Summerlin
Rehab/Specialty Program DirectorTanya is the Therapy Program Manager at Pine Lodge. She is a graduate of Mountain State University and is nearing 10 years of experience at Pine Lodge, six of which have been spent as the Therapy Program Manager. Tanya believes in keeping our rehabilitation team and our patients motivated to achieve the highest possible outcome while promoting a positive work environment.

Loria Doyle
Director of NursingMy Name is Loria Doyle I have been a nurse for almost thirty years, I started out as a laundry aide, then moved to housekeeping, to CNA to GNA, then LPN and final step RN. I have spent the majority of my career in long term care. I have been married for almost thirty-nine years, We have three sons and my family is my world. We enjoy hiking in surrounding state parks on the weekends. I look forward to growing my relationship with staff, residents, and family members, Making Pine Lodge a great place to work and Live.
